Immortal Kamen Rider Special (不滅の仮面ライダースペシャル, Fumetsu no Kamen Raidā Supesharu) is a Japanese television special introducing Kamen Rider (Skyrider), the first new Kamen Rider Series production since All Together! Seven Kamen Riders!! over three and a half years prior. It aired one month before the first episode introducing the character of Skyrider.

Tobei Tachibana visits a Kamen Rider museum where he talks to some children about the Kamen Riders. Scenes from Kamen Rider, Kamen Rider X, Kamen Rider Amazon and Kamen Rider Stronger are shown. He's about to introduce a new Kamen Rider when some of the kids remind him that he forgot Kamen Rider V3. Clips of the movie Kamen Rider V3 vs. Destron Mutants is shown. After the movie clips, Tobei Tachibana introduces Skyrider with two previews of New Kamen Rider.

- This special marked the final on-screen appearance of Tobei Tachibana. Skyrider's initial mentor for the first 13 episodes was Keitaro Shido, who was replaced by Genjiro Tani, who also assisted the protagonist of the next series, Kamen Rider Super-1. Akiji Kobayashi would later make a vocal appearance as an SD-version of Tobei Tachibana in the OVA special Kamen Rider SD: Strange!? Man Spider a few years before his death in 1996.
