Hiryu Kakogawa (加古川 飛流, Kakogawa Hiryū) was the main antagonist of Kamen Rider Zi-O: Final Stage. He became the second Kamen Rider Barlckxs (仮面ライダーバールクス, Kamen Raidā Bārukusu), before transforming into Another Ohma Zi-O (アナザーオーマジオウ, Anazā Ōma Jiō), an Another Rider derived from Kamen Rider Ohma Zi-O.

This version of Hiryu Kakogawa followed the events of his TV counterpart, up until after the Another Zi-O II crisis and the interference of Quartzer.
Kamen Rider Zi-O: Final Stage[]
Sometime after the confrontation with Quartzer, Hiryu Kakogawa instigated a third and final attempt to defeat Sougo Tokiwa by brainwashing and manipulating Tsukuyomi and Woz to gather the Ridewatches of the Seven Legendary Riders. He assumes the form of Kamen Rider Barlckx to seemingly aid Zi-O and Geiz as he tricks them into believing the Showa Riders are wiping the Heisei and Reiwa Eras out from the timeline.
While the Kamen Riders gathered the seven Showa Era Ridewatches, Hiryu revealed he was responsible for remodeling history and for Tsukuyomi and Woz's descent into villainy. His goal is to erase the Heisei Era as a means of preventing the rise of Ohma Zi-O, claiming to be born in the wrong era and wishing for an eternal Showa era. Using the powers of the Seven Legendary Riders, he would evolve into Another Ohma Zi-O.
Zi-O OhmaForm & Ohma Zi-O taking down Another Ohma Zi-O
While Another Ohma Zi-O easily dominates the Kamen Riders, the heroes are aided by Heisei Era's Showa Riders who encourages them to fight vigorously as Reiwa Era's Heisei Riders. Ohma Zi-O thus arrives and tells that Heisei cannot be erased and stays in the memories. As the heroes transform into Kamen Riders, Another Ohma Zi-O engages Zi-O OhmaForm and Ohma Zi-O. As Hiryu still fails to understand to let go of the past, Sougo ensures that the hands of a clock cannot go backwards and is defeated by Zi-O once more.

Notes[]
- Another Ohma Zi-O and Another 1 are the only Another Riders not to have their name and date visibly seen. However, in Another Ohma Zi-O's case, if one looks closely to it's eyes, only the date is shown, and it's labeled 2019.
- Another Ohma Zi-O's armors and head piece is retooled from Another Zi-O, while its shoulder armor and undersuit is retooled and recolored from its upgraded form (Another Zi-O II).
