Hiroki Amamiya (雨宮 ヒロキ, Amamiya Hiroki) is a participant of the Desire Grand Prix who transforms into Kamen Rider Bucchii (仮面ライダーブッチー, Kamen Raidā Butchī).
History[]
Hiroki is a member of Weather Hearts, a band set up by Win Hareruya. However as the band failed to become popular as other bands set up in the same period of time, it faced the crisis of disbandment as Win leaves the band to pay the debt while Hiroki's wife, Kaoru was pregnant. To save the band, Hiroki participates in the Desire Grand Prix and wished on his Desire Card to make Weather Hearts become popular. However, during the game, he lost the will to fight and escaped, only when he was stopped by a group of DGP staff members, with Win among them. Defeated by the Guard Riders, Hiroki was forced to fight the Jyamato again, while Win breaks the rules to save him from the Jyamato. After being saved, he decided to give up and was eliminated from the game. After his elimination, he gives up his dream as a musician in order to take care of his wife and newborn child.

Entry Form (エントリーフォーム, Entorī Fōmu), also known as Entry Raise Form (エントリーレイズフォーム, Entorī Reizu Fōmu), is Bucchii's base suit, accessed through the sole usage of the Bucchii Core ID.
Entry Form consists of the following parts:
- Bucchii Head (ブッチーヘッド, Butchī Heddo): The head.
- Bucchii Crest Gear (ブッチークレストギア, Butchī Kuresuto Gia): Bucchii's head-mounted device. It expands the player's head functions and protects the head with lightweight yet extremely strong composite armor. With a shape that symbolizes the Rider's crest on the ID Core, it also functions as a visual aid to increase Bucchii's visibility.
- Bucchii Ear (ブッチーイヤー, Butchī Iyā): Bucchii's ears.
- Bucchii Eye (ブッチーアイ, Butchī Ai): Bucchii's compound eyes. The visual information obtained here is transmitted via an internal display, protecting the player's eyes from intense light such as explosions that suddenly occur during a game. In addition, their high night vision capability enables targets hidden in the dark to be uncovered.
- Audit Signal (オーディットシグナル, Ōditto Shigunaru): Bucchii's inspection device. By constantly monitoring the Kamen Rider's condition, it diagnoses the continuity of transformation based on operating efficiency, damage, etc., and cancels the transformation if necessary.
- Blank Crusher (ブランククラッシャー, Buranku Kurasshā): Bucchii's mouth section. The voice chat function enables clear conversations even with loud noise, allowing communication between Kamen Riders during cooperative play, etc.
- Desire Basic (デザイアベーシック, Dezaia Bēshikku): The suit-type gaming device. Using energy supplied from the Desire Driver, it raises the output of the player's physical abilities.
- Progressive Arm (プログレッシブアーム, Puroguresshibu Āmu): Entry Form's arms. They produce enough power to defeat the Jyamato by increasing the player's arm strength. Furthermore, various functions can be added by attaching expansion equipment.
- Entry Glove (エントリーグローブ, Entorī Gurōbu): Entry Form's gloves. They can be configured for high sensitivity to perform more delicate work than can be done with bare hands. They can also be customized with the features of various Raise Buckles.
- Progressive Leg (プログレッシブレッグ, Puroguresshibu Reggu): Entry Form's legs. They increase the player's leg strength to raise the game's survival rate. Furthermore, various functions can be added by attaching expansion equipment.
- Entry Boots (エントリーブーツ, Entorī Būtsu): Entry Form's boots. They boast excellent jumping power and running performance on the game field. They can also be customized with the features of various Raise Buckles.

Armed Hammer (アームドハンマー, Āmudo Hanmā) is Bucchii's form accessed by using the Hammer Buckle on the right-hand slot of the Desire Driver. It can also be accessed through Revolve On to reverse the form.
Armed Hammer adds the following parts:
- Armed Bucchii Head (アームドブッチーヘッド, Āmudo Butchī Heddo): The head. Vision is enhanced by the Armed equipment.
- Armed Bright Eye (アームドブライトアイ, Āmudo Buraito Ai): The compound eyes. In addition to the normal visual functions, they are optimized for the operation of the expansion armament that each Armed equipment carries.
- Shoulder Shell (ショルダーシェル, Shorudā Sheru): The right shoulder armor. The strong armor protects the Kamen Rider's right shoulder.
- Magenta Overplate (マゼンタオーバープレート, Mazenta Ōbāpurēto): The chest expansion equipment. It grants the player fighting techniques using the Raise Hammer.

- Bucchii's name is a play on "Spots" (斑, buchi), referencing a dalmatian's fur pattern.
