Hina Izumi (泉 比奈, Izumi Hina) is a employee of Kuroto Dan at the Dan Foundation.

In 2018, Hina works for Kuroto Dan at Dan Foundation as a tailor. Due to the timeline alterations, she does not remember Eiji Hino.
Abilities[]
Hina possesses superhuman strength, able to lift an entire Ridevendor and other large objects with little effort, which she is a bit embarrassed about.

- Hina is the first female lead character whose actress reprises her role in Kamen Rider Zi-O as well as the first female character from a previous series to appear in the show.
