Hikaru Futami (双見 光, Futami Hikaru) is a member of Street in Futo Tantei.
History[]
Hikaru is recruited by Tetsuo Kazebuki as a member of his gang to destroy Futo. As Tetsuo's underling, Hikaru is pissed that he is always used as the guinea pig for Tetsuo so Tetsuo can pick a good memory for his next action. He is first seen with his partner as Cockroach Dopant and fails to perform the crime because Terui in action. It almost causes Hikaru's life if Yukiji hasn't come to halt Tetsuo to spare Yukiji's life. Then, Yukiji is given another chance by using Crab Memory.
Hikaru follows Tetsuo's lead to destroy Futo Tower and the ongoing event for its anniversary. Because of Crab's ability to restore its scale in quick, Kamen Rider Double and Accel can't defeat Hikaru and Tetsuo. But, Terui's certain attack makes Tetsuo unable to heal himself and forces both of them to retreat. This surprises Shotaro as he and Philip can't injure them permanently even as Double CJX.
The next day, both of them only fight Kamen Rider Double, but they are completely one sided as Shotaro has managed to discover their weakness of their healing by performing a screwing punch with the addition of Heat's heat as Double Heat Joker. After their defeat, Hikaru flees and he is greeted by Yukiji as Hikaru is welcomed to be a part of Street. It is revealed that Yukiji has recognized Hikaru's potential for his adaptation towards all existed Gaia Memory is high and Hikaru has secretly reaches High Dope level.
Before entering Ura Futo, Hikaru witnesses Yukiji kills Tetsuo for being useless and not even suit to be a Street member because of his cowardice personality, not reaching High Dope, and always being too arrogant. Hikaru is happy to see Tetsuo's death because of how much he despises him. Afterwards, Hikaru is given Reactor Memory and impresses the group as he is far better than Mamoru to adapt Reactor's power without even burning his own body and turns Reactor's flame into blue.

- Unlike other Street members, Hikaru's Gaia Driver Rex is located on his left hip instead of his waist in his Dopant form.
- His debut as Reactor Dopant Blue Flame is an easter egg reference on how Eternal's fire mark turns from Red into Blue as the case of his debut is partially driven by NEVER's activity.
