Hideo Momose (百瀬 秀夫, Momose Hideo) is a Shinkansen worker and the son of Ryunosuke Momose. After his father time traveled to 2021, he assisted him in fighting Diablo as Kamen Rider Century (仮面ライダーセンチュリー, Kamen Raidā Senchurī).

Hideo Momose was born the son of Ryunosuke Momose and an unknown woman. In 1971, a young Hideo made a promise with his father to ride a bullet train together. Unfortunately, that promise never came true as Ryunosuke mysteriously disappeared. He was unaware that his father became a Shocker scentist who couldn't return after being sent to space. As he grew older, Hideo grew resentful towards Ryunosuke for abandoning him and his mother. By 2021, he became a bullet train mechanic and fathered a son named Shinichi Momose.

While Hideo visited Happy Spa with his son Shinichi, they were forced to leave following an argument. He accidentally dropped his employee ID and Ikki Igarashi managed to locate him. Hideo confided to Ikki about his own troubles with his own father, just when Ryunosuke suddenly appears. They are suddenly intercepted by Diablo, leading to Ryunosuke forcibly merging with Hideo to become Century Break. However, because of Hideo's rejection towards Ryunosuke, he could not control his power and went out of control.

After their transformation was released, Hideo expressed his anger towards his father, calling him a man who abandoned his family because he was too absorbed in his research. When Ikki convinced Hideo to confront his father again, Ryunosuke apologized for not fulfilling his promise to ride the bullet train with him. They both learned that they had kept their tickets and manage to reconcile.
The true Kamen Rider Century.
Hideo and Ryunosuke ultimately joined forced as the true Kamen Rider Century and confronted Diablo. Along with Revice and Saber, Kamen Rider Century was able to eliminate Diablo and change the future. Due to Devil City 2071 ceasing to exist, Hideo watched as his father began fading out of existence. Hideo tearfully gave a final hug to Ryunosuke and was advised to take his own son to ride the bullet train. Afterwards, Hideo took Shinichi on a bullet train ride while imagining seeing his younger self and his father sitting nearby.

Ryunosuke and Hideo Momose are together able to transform into the completed Kamen Rider Century. Doing so transports Ryunosuke's body from the future, reuniting it with his consciousness.
Due to being designed to defeat Diablo, Kamen Rider Century is incredibly powerful. They are able to move at high speeds using Centuriantum (センチュリアンタム, Senchuriantamu), a special quantum energy. Century can also create the Dest Cyclone (デストサイクロン, Desutosaikuron), a bladed wheel-like construct that can be used both offensively and defensively. Multiple Dest Cyclones can be created at a time. Dest Cyclones can also be suspended in the air, allowing Century or another Rider to use them as platforms. The completed form of Century is able to transport other people to different locations using the Cyclotron Driver.
This form has three finishers:
- Rider Punch (ライダーパンチ, Raidā Panchi): This finisher has two variations.
- Century jumps into the air before covering their right fist in blue energy and creating a Dest Cyclone next to their arm. The Rider then performs a punch while falling, with both the Dest Cyclone and their fist striking the target's shield. The Dest Cyclone spins like a saw in the process until it shatters the shield. Century finally punches the enemy directly, launching them away.
- Century jumps into the air and creates a Dest Cyclone from each hand. The Rider then uses the Dest Cyclones together to deliver a downward slash to the opponent while, additionally creating a red and cyan energy slash in the process.

Kamen Rider Century Break (仮面ライダーセンチュリーブレイク, Kamen Raidā Senchurī Bureiku) is Century's incomplete berserk form that results from Ryunosuke and Hideo not being united. Ryunosuke transformed into this form by possessing Hideo's body.
Though inferior to the completed Kamen Rider Century, this form is still powerful and able to fight evenly with Diablo soon after the demon awakens. However, Century Break is uncontrollable and attacks anyone else nearby. In addition, Hideo and Ryunosuke occasionally experience pain while transformed due to the life support systems not functioning, immobilizing the Rider. Century Break retains the ability to move at high speeds using Centuriantum (センチュリアンタム, Senchuriantamu) and create the Dest Cyclone (デストサイクロン, Desutosaikuron). Unlike the completed Kamen Rider Century, Century Break's Dest Cyclones are pure red rather than red and blue.
