Hazuki (葉月) is the human identity of the Queen Jyamato (クイーンジャマト, Kuīn Jamato), a mutant breed of Jyamato.[2]
History[]
After Rook Jyamato consumed Miiru and was defeated by Kamen Rider Gazer, it dropped a special Jyamato seed. Archimedel then cultivated the seed, which was later taken over by Daichi Isuzu. Over time, the seed developed into Queen Jyamato, a mutated Jyamato with a female human appearance, who was named Hazuki.
Hazuki eventually met and married Kiyoharu Usagami, a human man. Together, they had a son named Haruki, who remarkably grew from a newborn to a preteen boy in just one year. Tragically, Kiyoharu was later murdered by King Jyamato as a manipulative tactic to turn Hazuki against humankind. However, the Kamen Riders exposed this deceitful plot. In a fierce battle, Queen Jyamato confronted King Jyamato but suffered fatal injuries. In her final moments, Hazuki urged her son to live a happy life before passing away.
Personality[]
Hazuki was one of the first mutant Jyamato of her species, the 'Eve' to Aoto's 'Adam', but did not know much of humanity. After meeting and falling in love with her husband, she understood love, and after having her son, understood the love of a mother to her child. After Kiyoharu was killed, her latent Jyamato powers awakened, and she lashed out after. When learning that Aoto was the person that killed Kiyoharu, she redirected her rage towards him. After being beaten, she told Haruki to find love for all of them, smiling one last time before dying.

Hazuki is portrayed by Arisa Matsunaga (松永 有紗, Matsunaga Arisa). Her suit actor as the Queen Jyamato is Ayumi Shimozono (下園愛弓, Shimozono Ayumi).

- The Queen Jyamato's suit reuses the undersuit of Premium Beroba, with new armor pieces over it and a new head.
