|This article is about a/an rider in Kamen Rider Ex-Aid.|
Hayato Tsuzuki (都築 隼人 Tsutzuki Hayato) is a former Ride-Player (ライドプレーヤー Raido Purēyā).
He had entered Kamen Rider Chronicle to restore his friend Shinji Ooshima, who had played the game himself only to be "erased" after sustaining a Game Over. Upon transformation, he was infected with the virus of Aranbura, thus he was pitted against him. Overpowered by the Bugster boss, Hayato was rescued by Emu Hojo and taken to safety by Asuna Karino. Learning that Kiriya Kujo had returned from a Game Over, Hayato ran off to so the same could be achieved for his friend. Challenging Aranbura again, Hayato was immediately incapacitated by the Game Disease. Thankfully, Ex-Aid came to his rescue again, and soon enough cured him by destroying Aranbura.
Witnessing a new broadcast from Genm Corp., Hayato joined Rider Chronicle again to play the impossible Cronus Capture Quest. Arriving at Seito District 9 following Manjiro Doi, they were thankfully intercepted and stopped by Emu and Asuna before they could engage and no doubt sustain a Game Over at the hands of Kamen Rider Cronus. When Ex-Aid was initially defeated, the pair were covered by the arrival of Snipe, Genm and Nico. Ultimately, Ex-Aid accessed the Muteki Gamer and defeated Cronus, freeing the Ride-Players.
Following the demise of Masamune Dan, Hayato saw Emu speak at a televised press conference by the Ministry of Health. Hearing the name of Shinji Ooshima among the list of victims of Kamen Rider Chronicle struck a chord with him.

In this form, all Ride-Players are equipped with the Ride Weapon, which can transform between a sword and a gun.
