Haruhiko Wanibuchi (鰐淵 晴彦, Wanibuchi Haruhiko) was a candidate user of the Sclash Driver and Crocodile Crack Fullbottle.
History[]
Haruhiko Wanibuchi was intended to be the first Seito's Kamen Rider. However, his body can not endure enough Nebula Gas, leading to his transformation failing. Later, he was seriously injured by Gentoku Himuro and abandoned by Blood Stalk.

- Artificially Enhanced Physiology: Wanibuchi had undergone an experiment from Faust which injected him with a certain amount of Nebula Gas, which has enhanced his physical condition to a certain degree. Although he had reached the minimum Hazard Level of 4.0 to utilize the Sclash Driver, Wanibuchi failed to transform into a Kamen Rider because he lacked "strong emotions" to increase it any further.

Etymology[]
The kanji Wani (鰐) in his name means "crocodile".
