Happy Spa (しあわせ湯, Shiawase Yu) is a public bathhouse owned and managed by the Igarashi Family.

History

The bathhouse was originally managed by Yukimi Igarashi and her parents, until her parents passed away in an accident and left her the sole owner. ^{[Revice Legacy: Kamen Rider Vail]}

Since Ikki gave up on his dreams of becoming a famous professional football player, the Spa is mainly managed and protected by him, as he considers it his mission as the eldest child. ^{[Family! Contract! The Demon Whispers!]}

Despite its popularity among the residents of the town, greedy land developers wanted to evict the Igarashis and destroy the bathhouse to develop a shopping mall for profit, claiming that the family was hindering progress on urban development. Despite Genta being tempted by their offer, the customers of the Happy Spa restrain him and drive off the developers.^{[Hostage Trouble, What Will the Brothers Do!?]}

After Ikki signed a contract with Fenix, Daiji told his older brother that the organization will financially compensate him for hero work, including coverage of the bathhouse’s debt to drive away the land developers for good from evicting their family.^{[Not Enough Love! After Hideo Akaishi effectively eliminated all of Fenix's officers, George moved into the bathhouse to continue his research while Genta entered Weekend's protection. He eventually moved out under the influence of instability.

Following the end of the ongoing conflict, the Igarashis would take part in Vice's plan to restore Ikki's memories. The plan worked at the cost of Vice's existence and Ikki's memories of him, though the rest of the family keep a customized rubber duck as a reminder of his presence.

Since Ikki Igarashi became Revi, his identity has become public knowledge thus he began fulfill the agreements of his contract by help people that request it. After Sakura became Jeanne, she also began accepting requests as well.

When a retrial was re-held, the defendant had a different defense attorney, a witness who agreed to help testify for the plaintiff had suddenly disappeared, and several details of the crime itself had altered drastically. Yukari requested Ikki to investigate the driver's new attorney, Yasushi Kudo, who she believes is committing malpractice to achieve such results.

The sign above Touma's desk

• The idea of a public bath was originally proposed for Kamen Rider Saber, but scrapped due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Remnants of this idea can be seen with a modified onsen sign in Fantastic Bookstore Kamiyama, right above Touma Kamiyama's desk.
• The filming location was Takara Yu, a public bath located in Senju Motomachi, Adachi Ward, Tokyo. Most of the interior sento and garden locations were filmed in Takara Yu. Scenes including the lobby itself was a different set designed and built by the Toei production team.
  • The lobby set eventually dismantled after the production of the series ended. In Kamen Rider Juuga VS Kamen Rider Orteca, scenes in Happy Spa were filmed using chromakey composition.
