Great Leader of Delzer Army (デルザー軍団大首領, Deruzā Gundan Dai Shuryō) is the true leader of the Delzer Army. He could fire explosive white beams from his eyes in Rock Form.
History[]
Stronger[]
The Great Leader reveals that he had been behind the other previous evil organizations opposed by the Riders (Shocker, Gel Shocker, Destron, G.O.D., Gedon and Black Satan). He takes on the form of a rock giant known as the Rock Great Leader (岩石大首領, Ganseki Dai Shuryō), impervious to the attacks of the Riders. However, the Seven Legendary Riders combine their powers and go into his body. There, they find a giant alien brain who self destructs in an attempt to kill all seven Riders, however, they all escape successfully and leave, reminiscing everything they've gone through so far.
The Great Leader would later re-emerge as the Great Leader of Neo Shocker. [A Cyborg Flies in the Sky]

In the Asura Valley, Great Leader of Delzer Army used his ability to gather fragments from the Black Pyramids and the power of a dragon to form his new body to against Kamen Riders and the Badan Empire generals.
OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders[]
The Rock Great Leader returns as the final form of the Great Leader of Shocker in the Kamen Rider Series 40th anniversary film, OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders. This reimagined depiction is immensely larger and far more powerful, destroyed only by the combined power of 40 years worth of Kamen Riders.

Portrayal[]
As with most incarnations of the Great Leader, the Great Leader of Delzer Army was voiced by the late Goro Naya (納谷 悟朗, Naya Gorō). As Rock Great Leader, he was portrayed by suit actor Bunya Nakamura (中村 文弥, Nakamura Bunya).[1]
