The Granute World (グラニュート界, Guranyūto Kai) is the dimension the Granutes are native to and where Stomach Inc.'s operations are based. They seem to have a society similar to Earth humans.
Overview[]
The staple food of the Granute World seems to be rocks and minerals, which is what most Granutes eat to survive. They also have candy, where some Granutes set up confectionery companies to fulfill their needs, but Stomach Inc. has successfully dominated the business due to the creation of Dark Snacks. Plants also seem to grow in the Granute World, as Shoma and Michiru Inoue were able to survive by eating the weeds that grew outside the Stomach Family's manor, since most of the other food in the Granute World is inedible to normal humans.
Part-timers in the employ of Stomach Inc. are ushered from the Granute World to the human world by Agents using special doors which act as interdimensional pathways between the two worlds. These part-timers are allowed to return on occasion such as undergoing further remodeling by Nyelv Stomach.
Government[]
The Granute World's government utilized a democratic system where leaders are appointed by its people. However, according to Rakia Amarga, the current government is rife with corruption that leadership appointments are often rigged by the higher classes, as evidenced by the fact that Bocca Jaldak is unpopular among the common people and yet, still managed to secure his position.
Law Enforcement[]
Nothing much is revealed yet in regard to the Granute World's law enforcement but based on the few mentioned by its inhabitants, they appear to be a formidable sector of the government that is greatly, if not completely, independent from political control and influence as even the president himself has to build a favorable connection to them and cannot solely rely to his position.
