Grant Staley is the second user of Kamen Rider Camo. He is recruited by Xaviax but is finally defeated by Kamen Rider Torque's Final Vent.
History[]
Pre-Series[]
Before being recruited by Xaviax, he was an underground martial arts practitioner, with the goal of winning at all costs.
Dragon Knight[]
Kamen Rider Camo[]
He is a devious underground martial artist who cheats in his karate fights against his sensei by hiding a wrench in his glove. Grant was recruited by Xaviax in the form of Race Mattock to take on more challenges and become Kamen Rider Camo; armed with a chameleon Advent Deck given to him by Xaviax. Grant viewed the logistical combat center as Xaviax presented on the screen the form of Wing Knight. Later, he starts to search for Wing Knight.
He ran into Kit and Drew, telling them that he doesn't need support, but Kit wanted them to calm down. Grant responds by telling him that he is the only one who could defeat Wing Knight. Then, they start to transform and fight. As Kamen Rider Camo, he had the advantage when he fought the two of them using his martial arts combat skills and Bio Winder, but is interrupted by Torque's Launch Vent. Kit interfered and tried to convince the other Riders to join them, explaining that everyone is on the same side, but it is in vain as Drew appears, telling Kit to attack him. Grant then used his Clear Vent to turn invisible and escape. [Kamen Rider Camo]
Kamen Rider Thrust[]
He appeared watching the battle of Wing Knight vs Thrust, but on the way he met Drew and Kit, again telling them that Wing Knight is his opponent and not theirs, but Kit realizes that he was also deceived. When Grant and Drew faced each other in battle, Camo had the advantage from the beginning, causing a headache for Drew. Kit tried to help him come to reason, but unexpectedly, Grant ended up being sent to the Advent Void when hit by the Final Vent of Torque. Thus, he was the second Kamen Rider in the series to be vented. His Advent Deck was claimed by Len. [Kamen Rider Thrust]
Battle Club[]
Grant is mentioned by Xaviax, who asked why this last transport to Camo and attack Dragon Knight, and later forgiving him for transporting Camo, because he already doubted this. [Battle Club]
Vent or Be Vented[]
He is mentioned by Len, Kit, and Brad Barrett regarding the consequences when a Rider loses the battle, and is sent to the Advent Void.[Vent or Be Vented]
The Many Faces of Xaviax[]
He is seen again in flashbacks alongside Kamen Rider Incisor, Torque, and Thrust by Len when Kit and Maya Young tell the stories of previous Riders to Chris Ramirez.
[The Many Faces of Xaviax]
Epilogue[]
Grant is rescued from the Advent Void with the others formers Riders by Eubulon and had his memories erased, returning him to his normal life. [A Dragon's Tale]

Grant can transform into Kamen Rider Camo using his Advent Deck and V Buckle upon forming a contract with Biogreeza. His Visor, the Biovisor, is mounted on his left thigh. All of Camo's parameters, with the exception of his kicking power, are below average. Thus, he relies on deception to defeat his opponents, rather than direct confrontation.
Through the use of the Hold Vent, Camo can arm himself with the Bio-Winder, a yo-yo weapon derived from Biogreeza's eye. He primarily relies on his Clear Vent, which makes him invisible.
By using his Final Vent, Camo can execute his finisher, the Death Punish, in which Biogreeza grabs Camo's legs with its tongue and swings him into the target, resulting in both Camo and the enemy being launched into the air. Camo then grabs the opponent and spins around before performing a piledriver on the enemy as the two fall to the ground (this finisher is seen in the video game).
