Goujima (豪島, Gōjima)[1], otherwise referred to as "Cyborg Soldier Level 2" (改造兵士レベル2, Kaizou Heishi Reberu Tsū)[note 1] was security team leader of ISS, Himuro's confidant and henchman. He was actually a Level 2 cyborg, an outdated cyborg model armed with a blade[note 2] on his right arm strong enough to tear through concrete. He is decapitated by Shin before his head opens up to reveal a bomb and self-destructs.

Cyborg Soldier Level 2 was revived along with four other monsters, Sai Mutant, Agito, Garai, and Zu, by Shadow Moon. These five revived monsters were defeated by Kamen Riders ZO and J. [Kamen Rider World]
OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders[]
Due to a change in history caused by Ankh leaving a O Medal behind in 1971, Shocker achieved its goal of world dominion with the Shocker Greeed which defeated the Double Riders, and new members from the various groups that would had manifested in the normal timeline after Shocker's destruction. Cyborg Soldier Level 2 was among the many monsters who were part of the this alliance. As more and more of the Kamen Riders started appearing and fighting Shocker's forces, Shin fought against Goujima once more. [OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders]

Portrayal[]
Goujima was portrayed by Reiji Andou (安藤 麗二, Andō Reiji). As Cyborg Soldier Level 2, his suit actor was Kazutoshi Yokoyama (横山 一敏, Yokoyama Kazutoshi).

- Amemiya, who was in charge of the design, thought to incorporate the elements of the Man Spider that appeared in Kamen Rider, and initially the design had a spider legs[4].
- The Cyborg Soldier Level 2 was considered as a spider cyborg that make him follow the "spider the first monster" legacy. However, his spider legs were removed in the final design.
