Goro Naya (納谷 悟朗, Naya Gorō) was a Japanese actor, voice actor, narrator and theatre director. In the Kamen Rider Series, he is known for voicing the various incarnations of the Great Leader (except in X, Amazon and Black).
Before his role in Kamen Rider Series, he was also known for voicing Ultraman Ace.
He is the older brother of actor and voice actor Rokuro Naya. He is best known for providing the voice of Inspector Kōichi Zenigata in the Lupin III franchise and for dubbing over the voices of actors Clark Gable, Charlton Heston and John Wayne in the Japanese-language editions of their films.
Goro Naya has become an icon among fans of the Kamen Rider series and is seen as a legend by many fans of the series.
On March 5, 2013, Naya died from chronic respiratory failure. He was 83 years old.[1] Since his death, the Great Leader in all his forms has been voiced by Tomokazu Seki.

- In the Kamen Rider series, it was revealed that up until Kamen Rider ZX, all the organizations the Riders had fought were led by the original Shocker's Great Leader. Naya himself voiced most if not all of this character's appearances.
