Gorgeous Time! Legendary Never Ends (ゴージャスタイム!レジェンダリーは終わらない, Gōjasu Taimu! Rejendarī wa Owaranai) is the thirty-fifth episode of Kamen Rider Gotchard. It features a brief glimpse of Nijigon's egg at the end of the episode.

It is the third and final part of the "Legend Edition" arc,[1] which concludes the series' incorporation of plot elements from Kamen Rider Gotchard VS Kamen Rider Legend.

Synopsis[]

Kaguya transforms into Legend and attacks Houtaro. Houtaro also transforms into Gotchard and fights back, but Kaguya shuts him down and says, "Gorgeous time is over," and leaves him alone.

They are supposed to have made up, but why? Houtaro and the others are puzzled by Kaguya's sudden change, but then a giant clock appears in the sky above them. What does the ticking of the clock mean? Moreover, the Dark King Gigist begins to act in secret...!?

  • This episode played the full transformation jingle and the full transformation sequence of Kamen Rider Ark-One, which was skipped in the previous episode.
  • The attack sound effect of Blade's Boar Tackle and Hibiki's Onibi in this episode are archive recordings from the original two seasons they appeared.[5]
  • Kaguya's phrases in episode have lots of references to past Kamen Riders:
    • If the brilliance can overlaps, Kamen Rider can fly anywhere as high as they wants. (輝きを重ね合わせれば、仮面ライダーはどこまでも高く飛んで行ける。, Kagayaki wo kasane awasereba, Kamen Raidā wa doko made mo takaku tonde yukeru) when using Gorgeous Zero-Two is a reference to Humagears' activation announcement "Take off, toward a dream" and Soreo Hiden's last word: "Aruto, take off towards your dreams...".
    • Rejoice! A legendary legend for a legend of legends, Lord Kaguya, who has surpass the king, this is the moment where I born! (祝え!伝説の伝説による伝説のための伝説、王様を超えたカグヤ様、誕生の瞬間である!, Iwae! Densetsu no densetsu ni yoru desetsu no tame no densetsu, Ōsama wo koeta Kaguya sama, tanjō no shunkan dearu!) when using Gorgeous GrandZi-O is a reference to Woz's commemorative speech.
  • This episode features a brief return of Kamen Rider Gotchard Daybreak since his appearance in episode 18. Furthermore, the promotion for Kamen Rider The Summer Movie 2024: Kamen Rider Gotchard & Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger featuring DAIGO physically casted as future Houtaro released after this episode.
  • According to the plot introduction on the TELEMAGA.net website: In the battle between Legend and Gotchard at the beginning of this episode, Legend transformed into Legendary Legend and attacked Gotchard, causing Houtaro to release the transformation. This is suspected to be a deleted scene.[6]
  • Kazuma Kenzaki's actor, Takayuki Tsubaki, watched the episode and was surprised as to Blade's use of Tackle Boar managed to land a hit for the first time, having well aware of the attack's reputation for being easily avoidable by opponents.[7]
