The Gochipod (ゴチポッド, Gochipoddo) is a transformation item used by Kamen Rider Gavv to access his two final forms, Over Mode and Master Mode.
Overview[]
As the name "Pod" suggests, it has a bottled appearance, with the word "OVER" written on the top and "MASTER" written upside down.
Fearing that he would soon be eliminated by Stomach Inc., Dente Stomach created the Gochipod for Shoma. Because Dente has not been able figure out how to to artificially create a Gochizo like Nyelv, it is actually an empty container that does nothing when used in Shoma's gavv. The Gochipod's purpose is to instead combine the power of 100 Gochizos that have entered it. Upon entering the Gochipod, Gochizos shrink and take on the appearance of gummies. Even just a dozen Gochizos would break the device if it was made using materials from the human world only, but without access to the Granute World, Dente had to resort to using teeth from his own gavv that he had removed and grounded up. The Gochizos inside the Gochipod are depleted after battle, necessitating that it be filled with another hundred of them before it can be used again.
Components[]
The Gochipod Over Energy is composed of the following parts:[1]
- Gochi Gather (ゴチギャザー, Gochi Gyazā): The Gochizo absorption port. By compressing incorporated Gochizo, it is possible to store as many as 100 Gochizo inside the Gochipod.
- Over Symbol (オーバーシンボル, Ōbā Shinboru): Gochipod Over Energy's special attack initiator. Pressing it will put the Gochipod into standby for a special attack, and upon receiving the Gavv's bite, all of the Gochizo's energy will be released at once.
- Energy Grapper (エナジグラッパー, Enaji Gurappā): Gochipod Over Energy's energy extractor. It supplies the user with energy extracted from the Gochizo one after another.
- Pod Bin (ポッドビン, Poddo Bin): The Gochipod's hard outer layer. Made from a special substance that is extremely hard and transparent, it serves to suppress the internal pressure of the compressed Gochizo and protect the Gochipod from external damage.
The Gochipod Master Taste is composed of the following parts:[1]
- Gochi Gather (ゴチギャザー, Gochi Gyazā): The Gochizo absorption port. By compressing incorporated Gochizo, it is possible to store as many as 100 Gochizo inside the Gochipod.
- Master Symbol (マスターシンボル, Masutā Shinboru): Gochipod Master Taste's selector. The characteristics of the Gochizos inside can be selected by pressing it.
- Taste Grapped (テイスグラップト, Teisu Gurapputo): Gochipod Master Taste's special ability enhancers. It boosts the characteristics of the Gochizo selected by the Master Symbol, thereby greatly increasing its ability, albeit temporarily.
- Pod Bin (ポッドビン, Poddo Bin): The Gochipod's hard outer layer. Made from a special substance that is extremely hard and transparent, it serves to suppress the internal pressure of the compressed Gochizo and protect the Gochipod from external damage.

Transformation[]
Using the Gochipod normally accesses Over Mode, while rotating its face 180 degrees accesses Master Mode. The Gochipod is powered by multiple groups of Gochizo types, filling the vessel with several Gochizo, and having them shown to fuse with Shoma during the transformation into Over Mode. While the Gochipod has a time limit when transformed, Shoma can rotate the device while still transformed to instantaneously switch between Over and Master Mode depending on what form is required.
