Goat Mutant (ヤギ怪人, Yagi Kaijin) (5) is a goat Gorgom monster.
Biography[]
He had the Asahi Village inhabitants under his spell so that they would interfere with a peace conference. Kamen Rider Black chopped off Goat Mutant's horns with his Rider Chop. Once Goat Mutant was killed by the Rider Kick, the villagers returned to normal.
Goat Mutant later appeared as one of the Phantom Mutants that assisted Dogfish Mutant.[Kamen Rider Black: Terrifying! The Phantom House of Devil Pass]
