GingaOh (銀河王, Ginga Ō, lit. "Galaxy King") is the main antagonist of Eight Riders vs. GingaOh. He is a mechanical alien invader and the leader of the Silver King Army, who formed an alliance with Neo Shocker. He could spawn telepathic explosions and teleport. Destroyed in his spaceship's explosion.

In the storyboard, his name was written as GingaOh (ギンガオー, Ginga Ō).[1] In the draft Nine Riders vs. Galaxy Great Fortress (9人ライダー対銀河大要塞, Kyu'nin Raidā tai Ginga Dai Yōsai), he was named Galaxy Emperor (銀河大帝, Ginga Taitei).[2]

The Super GingaOh.
Years later, GingaOh was referenced in the form of Super GingaOh (超銀河王, Chō Ginga Ō), a form taken by Lem Kannagi, the main antagonist of Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie War Mega Max. In this form he can move at superhuman speeds, turn his cape into a pendulum blade, has a jetpack for controlled jumps, and can fire a ray of cosmic energy from his arms.
