- "Indeed, she was delicious... that human."
- ―The first Gifftarian's words upon birth[src]
Gifftarians (ギフテリアン, Gifuterian) are a type of demon created using the Giff Stamp. Unlike regular Deadmen and Gifftex, their creation results in the complete consumption of their human host. Thus, they cannot be separated, as the host essentially no longer exists.
After Giff is revived, he is capable of directly creating his own versions of Gifftarians named Gifftarian (TRUE), which are much stronger than their predecessors.
History[]
In 1971, an archaeologist from a university team in Latin-America finds the Giff Stamp and stamps himself, later becoming a Gifftarian himself. The Gifftarian would go on to wipe out the rest of the research team. The whereabouts and status of this Gifftarian is currently unknown.
In the present day. as Orteca is in possession of the Giff Stamp after the Fenix raid on Deadmans Base, the Deadmans general began to collect the remaining Deadmans members. One of the followers, an elderly woman, is transformed by Orteca into a Gifftarian by stamping the Giff Stamp on her body, effectively killing the woman in process. This Gifftarian is later defeated by Kamen Riders Revi Volcano Genome and Vice Barid Rex Genome.
The next Gifftarian host is Yosuke Okuda, Julio's former best friend. Just as both Julio and Yosuke are reconciling, Orteca captured Yosuke and stamped him with the Giff Stamp. This incident enrages Julio enough to transform him into his Wolf Deadman Riot form, and slaughtered the newborn Gifftarian with one strike.
A Gifftarian with an unknown host was later created by Orteca during the siege on Hiromi and Tatsuhiko Tabuchi, and is defeated by Daiji as Kamen Rider Live. Not long after, Chigusa Yamagiri is sacrificed by Orteca in front of Hiromi as an act of betrayal and turned into the fifth Gifftarian. Hiromi, vowing to liberate Chigusa's soul, effortlessly soloes the Gifftarian.
After Orteca is arrested by Fenix, Aguilera came into possession of what she thought was the Stamp but it was later confirmed by Vice as a fake after Sakura takes it from her. Orteca still had the real one until he handed it over to Hideo Akaishi.
With Kanae Motomura's consent, she willingly sacrifices herself to become a Gifftarian.
Orteca later creates four additional Gifftarians from several cultists to Aguilera's dismay.
Orteca later creates two additional Gifftarians from amongst several unconscious civilians. They are defeated by Holy Live and Jeanne.
Personality[]
Gifftarians have no remorse whatsoever for the humans that they consumed, regarding them as no lesser than food and considering them to be "delicious". They also seem to obey Orteca completely as he is the one who created most of the hosts seen so far.

- Statistics[2]
- Height: 214.4 cm
- Weight: 109.2 kg
A new kind of demon, the Gifftarian was hidden in the human body and released by the power of the Giff Stamp. It has fighting power that far exceeds that of a Phase 2 Deadman. In addition, the existence of the stamped person is extinguished when the Gifftarian becomes an adult and cannot be separated as in previous contract cancellations. Whenever a Gifftarian is defeated, its remains are absorbed into Giff.
