Gel Shocker Greeed (ゲルショッカーグリード, Geru Shokkā Gurīdo) is a snake/eagle-like artificial Greeed which was created with Core Medal containing the power of Gel Shocker. A subspecies of Shocker Greeed. According to itself, it was created by Gel Shocker, who has Kougami Foundation under its control.
It suddenly appeared at the Bronx Zoo in United States and attacking people visiting the zoo and Eiji Hino who happens to be there. It were destroyed by Kamen Rider OOO with the help from Riderman, but its Medal were later used for the creation of Shocker OOO. At the end, its Medal was used for the transformation of the Boss.

Gel Shocker Greeed excels in flying ability and specializes in attacking with the eagle-like claws on its left hand after swooping down. It also has unparalleled combat abilities, such as firing energy bullets from the mouth of a snake on its right hand. Like the original Gel Shocker's monsters, it has better combat abilities than Shocker Greeed.

- The color scheme of the Gel Shocker Greeed is similar to the Gel Shocker Combatmen.
- The right half body is a snake, and the left half body is an eagle, it resembles the emblem of Gel Shocker, an "eagle entangled in a snake".
- The revived Shocker Greeed that appears in the same story has lost the snake-shaped part that was previously there.
- Bronx Zoo also appears in the original writer Shotaro Ishinomori's "Great Invasion".
