- Garren's broken helmet is later referenced in episode 36 of Kamen Rider Gaim, where Kamen Rider Zangetsu's helmet breaks after his battle with Zangetsu Shin.
- Notably, if one of the Riders had just used the Remote Tapir card to unseal another benevolent Undead in this episode, they would have been free to seal Kanai without worry of Hajime reverting back into the Joker Undead.
- Some fans poke fun at this overlooked solution,as the Riders themselves only realized this solution once the Remote Tapir card became unusable.
