Fumihiko Tachiki (立木 文彦, Tachiki Fumihiko) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator best known for his roles in anime and video games such as Kenpachi Zaraki (Bleach), Gendo Ikari (Neon Genesis Evangelion), Nightmare (Soulcalibur), Gill (Street Fighter V), and Sakazuki (One Piece).
Aside from his roles in the Kamen Rider Series, he is also the narrator for movie trailers of the Kamen Rider films since the Heisei era.

- Tachiki is well known for being the narrator of Japan's main martial arts events, such as Pride Fighting Championships (Mixed Martial Arts), Dream (Mixed Martial Arts), K-1 (Kickboxing), Rizin Fighting Federation (Mixed Martial Arts and Kickboxing) and New Japan Pro-Wrestling (Puroresu/Professional Wrestling).
- Tachiki also did voice work for the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series, announcing the Wisps' powers in the Japanese versions in a vocal style similar to his voice work for the Gaia Memories.
