Fukuo Fukuoka (福岡福男, Fukuoka Fukuo) is the owner of a soba joint restaurant.
History[]
Daybreak/Encounter Arc[]
As Fukuoka was serving Keiwa and Sara Sakurai some tanuki soba at his restaurant, the three were separated by a Jyamar Area, with Fukuoka on Keiwa's side of the red wall. Suddenly, a Wasou Jyamato appeared, killing Fukuoka immediately. After the game ended, Fukuoka was revived with no memory of his death. Later on, when asked by Keiwa if anything bad happened to Fukuoka, the latter shrugged it off, reassuring Keiwa that the boy might've had a bad dream.
One night, Ace Ukiyo and Neon Kurama came to dine at Fukuoka's restaurant, much to his pleasure as he is a fan of the two. After taking a picture of them with his cellphone, he was approached by his regulars Keiwa and Sara for Keiwa's usual tanuki soba.
Conspiracy Arc[]
As Fukuoka was serving Sara, the two were approached by Keiwa, who had started to work at Fukuoka's restaurant. As Keiwa exclaims his glee at finally getting a job, Fukuoka reassured him to work at his restaurant until he can find a better job.
