Fuku Suzuki (鈴木 福, Suzuki Fuku) is a Japanese actor who has had multiple roles in Kamen Rider. He portrayed the boy in episode 10 of Kamen Rider OOO, Shotaro Ishinomori in Saber + Zenkaiger: Superhero SenkiIcon-crosswiki, and Ziin/Kamen Rider Ziin in Kamen Rider Geats. Suzuki had also portrayed a fictional version of himself in Geats Extra: Kamen Rider Tycoon meets Kamen Rider Shinobi.

Suzuki is also one of the hosts of Bandai's PreBanLab-Z live streaming show, a position he has since graduated from.

Biography[]

Suzuki has been acting since he was only a year old, and continued to appear in both dramas and films.

In 2016, Suzuki was involved in a minor accident while riding a bike, though he was fortunately not injured.[1]

In 2023, Suzuki was cast as Ziin in Kamen Rider Geats and remained on the show for 12 episodes until his departure to become the new host for the children's television program Gachamuku, which began airing on April 1, 2023.[2] As such, Ziin was temporarily written out and made only short appearances in the show and the Summer Film.

Personal Life[]

  • Suzuki has three siblings, all whom are also actors.
    • One of his brothers, Tano, portrayed the little boy who kicked the Daiouka Deadman in Kamen Rider Revice: The Movie, which screened alongside Superhero Senki.
  • He has been a fan of the Kamen Rider Series since he was two-years-old and expressed his wish of becoming a Kamen Rider one day, which was granted upon his casting in the role of Ziin.
  • When Suzuki auditioned for the main lead in Kamen Rider Geats, the producers declined casting him in a starring role due to his previous appearance in Superhero Senki.[3] Eventually, Suzuki received a formal offer that casted him in the role as Ziin.[4]
  • Suzuki has his own fan-made Rider named "Kamen Rider Pizza", which stemmed from his childhood love for both motorcycles and pizza. In later interviews, Suzuki stated that he wants to see a Kamen Rider delivering pizzas on a motorcycle as that was his ideal of a "cool hero."[5]

  • Suzuki shares his status as a child actor and long-time fan of a long-running superhero series before becoming said superhero with actor Tatsuomi HamadaIcon-crosswiki, who as a former child actor and an Ultra Series fan, portrayed Riku AsakuraIcon-crosswiki/Ultraman Geed. Both actors have acknowledged this, with Hamada having congratulated Suzuki on Ziin's first transformation.[6]
