The Frog Orphnoch (フロッグオルフェノク, Furoggu Orufenoku) was an Orphnoch who assumed the form of the man in a club (クラブの男, Kurabu no Otoko).

He was among the victims attacked by Sawada, the only survivor, and was later destroyed by Delta (Saya Kimura) off-screen.
