Formicaalubus Worm Maxilla (フォルミカアルビュスワーム・マキシラ, Forumikaarubyusu Wāmu Makishira) is a Termite-like Worm that mimicked Tatsuhiro Wakabayashi.
History[]
It imitated the appearance of a talented surgeon, Tatsuhiro Wakabayashi, and tried to get rid of the real one after mimicking him by following the general behavior of the Worms. After that, it was busy with the surgeon's job and decided it couldn't get rid of the original Tatsuhiro Wakabayashi, however, at the same time, he claimed to have saved human lives by killing humans everywhere.
Later, when the one month time limit ended, Formicaalubus Worm Maxilla alongside other sub-class Worms appears in front of Tatsuhiro, claiming to kill him. They begin to fight with Kamen Rider Kabuto, Kamen Rider Drake and Kamen Rider TheBee. At first, Formicaalubus Worm Maxilla is able to overwhelm TheBee, and defeating him by throwing TheBee towards a building. However, Masato Mishima uses the TheBee Zecter from Shun Kageyama, transformed into TheBee, strikes Formicaalubus Worm Maxilla's body with TheBee's TheBee Needle, destorying the Worm without any stress.
Personality[]
Like other Formicaalubus Worms, Maxilla mimicked Wakabayashi and inherited his memories and personality, so they both have the same alcoholism behavior and medical skills. Sometimes he would go to the Oden mobile stall with the real Wakabayashi to drink and eat together.
However, Maxilla's nature is still a Worm, when Wakabayashi is not available, it will find the right opportunity to run out at night to attack humans. After a month, he and other Formicaalubus Worms decide to kill Wakabayashi mercilessly, using the excuse that they saved many human lives with their medical skills.

Powers:
- Human Mimicry: Like all Worms, they can take the form of any human they see, duplicating their memories as well. He could even mimick their skills, such as performing surgery.
- Clock Up: Like all Molted Worms, the Formicaalubus Worm is able to trigger the Clock Up, gaining the ability to move at incredible speeds while still observing the world around it at normal speed.
Abilities:
- Acid Gas: The Formicaalubus Worm is able to release an acidic gas from it's mouth. Any humans who hit by the gas, they will instantly lose consciousness and fall to the ground, and then their bodies will be corroded and die.
Arsenal:
- Claws: The Formicaalubus Worm is armed with claws that can tear through steel.

Portrayal[]
As it mimicked Tatsuhiro Wakabayashi's appearance, the human form of Formicaalubus Worm Maxilla is portrayed by Moro Morooka (モロ 師岡, Morooka Moro), who would later portray multiple roles in Kamen Rider Series.
Etymology[]
The name comes from "Formica" which means "ant" and "Albus" which means "white".
