Foliatus Worm (フォリアタスワーム, Foriatasu Wāmu) is a Mossy Stick Insect-like Worm.
History[]
Originally it was one of a Worm (Chrysalis) fighting Kamen Rider Sasword, but molted into Foliatus Worm during the battle. As Sasword switches from Masked Form into Rider Form, Foliatus Worm leaves before using Clock Up.
Receives the order from Uca Worm, Foliatus Worm and a group of Chrysalises planned to attack Hiyori Kusakabe, they were stopped by Kamen Rider Kabuto and Kamen Rider Gatack. Unexpected to them, Hiyori is actually Sisyra Worm, which shocked Kabuto and Gatack. When Gatack reverted to Masked Form and eliminated few Chrysalises, Foliatus Worm once again escaped under cover of the explosion.
Afterwards, Foliatus Worm stands in the way of Tendo and Kagami, who are pursuing Hiyori heads for "Area X". It is destroyed by a simultaneous Rider Kick delivered by Kabuto and Gatack Rider Forms.
Personality[]
Foliatus Worm is very loyal to Uca Worm's orders and stubbornly pursues Hiyori. Although its own combat ability is not very strong, it can always escape the battle by chance and save its life, which shows it gained some intelligence.

The Chrysalis (サナギ体, Sanagi-tai) is the pupa form of Worm. After a Worm is threatened or endangered, it has the ability to molt, the body color will change into brown, releasing heat from the body before revealing a stronger Imago form.

- Human Mimicry: Like all Worms, they can take the form of any human they see, duplicating their memories as well.
- Clock Up: Like all molted Worms, they can trigger Clock Up, gaining the ability to move at incredible speeds while still observing the world around them at normal speed.
- Whirlwind Creation: Foliatus Worm is able to create whirlwinds to move at high speeds, or blow up rocks from the ground to attack opponents.

- Foliatus Worm's color scheme in his concept art, is similar to the Natives's color scheme. It is modified to brown color when making the suit.[1]
- Foliatus Worm's suit is retooled and modified into Leptophyes Worm in later episodes.
