ZX preparing to throw a Focus Bomb

The Shocking Focus Bomb (衝撃集中爆弾, Shōgeki Shūchū Bakudan), or simply Focus Bomb, is one of Kamen Rider ZX's weapons.

Overview

A special hand-grenade pulled from ZX's both shin guard. The appearance is the same as Cross Shuriken, but there is no blade. When it is thrown, it will explode upon contact. With the command radio wave from the ZX's main unit, Ryo can concentrate the impact of the explosion at one point, so it is possible to destroy the monster in a single blow without being involved in the explosion.

History

It was first shown to be used against Tiger-Roid, ^{[Birth of the 10th! Kamen Riders All Together!!]} and later used against Ryuki in the Rider Battle. ^{[Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker]}

Kamen Rider Spirits

In the Kamen Rider Spirits data file on the Focus Bombs, they are described as a pair of high-powered grenades that can destroy a kaijin instantly by focusing the energy of the explosion in the direction of the target. This makes them an effective weapon for using indoors as it minimizes the damage the blast causes to only the target. The Focus Bombs can also be remotely detonated by ZX, making them versatile as a weapon and great for surprise attacks.
