Fly Man (ハエ男 Hae Otoko, 42) - A fly monster of Shocker, modified from a cold-hearted man named Osamu. He was able to fly, control people that consumed his fake medicine, and could spew explosive foam from his mouth. In his movie appearance he could disguise himself as a human. He was destroyed by Kamen Rider #2's Rider Revolving Kick.
