Final Episode (最終話, Saishū-wa) is the tenth and final episode of Kamen Rider Black Sun.
Synopsis[]
Black Sun transcends time and soars in the sky. Believing in his own justice, he heads to overthrow Shadowmoon for the sake of the planet. The two throw themselves into the final battle for their destiny. After a fierce battle, Nobuhiko entrusts the Kingstone to Kotaro and returns to Yukari. But behind the scenes, a shadow that had been watching the whole thing is lurking suspiciously...

- As a tribute to Kamen Rider Black, a recreation of its opening sequence replaces the usual sequence for this episode, with Kamen Rider Black by Tetsuo Kurata replacing the Main Theme.
- The long version of the Main Theme is used in the ending credits, replacing Did you see the sunrise?.
- The first two lines of the synopsis, ... transcends time and soars in the sky. ... for the sake of the planet, are a reference to the opening lines of the song.
- An instrumental remix of the original Kamen Rider Black song is played in the scene when Shinichi Donami is assassinated by Nick and Koumori.
