Final Chapter: The Last Sougo (最後のソウゴ, Saigo no Sōgo) is the third and final episode of Rider Time: Kamen Rider Zi-O VS Decade. Errors

• Kamen Rider Ibuki's Rider Card is missing from Decade Complete 21's cape during the transformation sequence, but appears in the cut to the succeeding shot.
• When Swartz transforms into Another Decade, he doesn't press the Another Decade Watch.

Notes

• This is the first time where Tsukasa transforms straight into his Complete Form from his civilian state.
• With Ora regaining her memory and together with Swartz they become the TimeJackers again, hoping to find Heure in some other timeline.
