Closing screens are a notable feature of the Kamen Rider series from the Heisei era onwards. They appear at the end of an episode and usually feature collectible devices that were used in it. In the Heisei Phase 2 era, they also appear in Movie War films at the end of each Rider's segment.

Because of their prominence, they are also featured in the Battride War series. In Battride War Genesis, the Showa Riders' closing screen shows their belts.

Heisei Series[]

Kamen Rider Kuuga[]

At the end of each episode (except for the final episode), the scene darkens as "To Be Continued" written in Rinto hieroglyphics flies onto the screen. The black background then changes to a solid color corresponding to one of Kuuga's forms that was used in the episode.

Episodes 20, 21 and 23 shows an electrical distortion, indicating Kuuga's growing Rising Form power.

Kamen Rider Agito[]

At the end of each episode, the scene stops before shrinking, with a monotone version of the scene occupying the unused space. "AgitΩ" appears above the upper left corner of the freeze frame, while a mirrored version of the same word appears below the lower right corner. The words stretch out, with all of the letters except "A" and "Ω" fading away as a border forms around the frame. An "A" ends up in a box at the upper left and lower right corners of the border, while an "Ω" ends up in each of the other corners. Finally, Agito's symbol appears at the top of the screen.

Kamen Rider Ryuki[]

The end of each episode (except the final episode) and Kamen Rider Ryuki Special: 13 Riders, the scene freezes before shards of glass fly on screen and assemble into the closing screen. The closing screen features a monotone version of the freeze frame positioned at an angle beside one of the Advent Cards used in the episode. Kamen Rider Ryuki: Episode Final also features one during the closing credits, but no Advent Card is shown.

Kamen Rider Ryuki: Ryuki vs Kamen Rider Agito instead shows a broken mirror showing Dragreder's Advent Card.

Kamen Rider 555[]

The end of each episode (except the final episode), several red lines slide across the screen, distorting the image. The scene then shrinks, with the background from the end of the series opening filling in the remaining space.

Kamen Rider Blade[]

At the end of each episode, a blue haze obscures the screen before revealing the Change Beetle Rouse Card. The camera then zooms out while rotating to show various other Rouse Cards surrounding it. From episode 18 onward, the even numbered episodes (up to 46) then show the cards flying away before one floats in the middle of the screen, while the odd numbered episodes (up to 47) show stacks of cards flying across the screen before one floats in the middle. Episodes 48 and 49 reverse this pattern. Episode 44 is unique in that it shows two Rouse Cards, with one transforming into the other.

Kamen Rider Hibiki[]

At the end of each episode, with the exception of the finale, the screen fades to black before the title of the episode is displayed alongside Hibiki's emblem.

Kamen Rider Kabuto[]

At the end of each episode, insect wings appear across the screen before pulling away, revealing a fractured pattern along the borders. In the final episode, the end frame is instead bordered by plant stems.

Kamen Rider Den-O[]

The end of each episode features a clock pattern in the middle of the screen, with the arear inside of it rotating. counter-clockwise manner. It initially rotates with the rhythm of a clock's second hand before rotating continually after the third tick.

In the final episode, there is no ticking sound heard, and the middle portion spins clockwise.

Kamen Rider Kiva[]

At the end of each episode (except the final episode), chains appear at each side of the screen before more chains cover the entire shot. Certain episodes feature black chains.

Kamen Rider Decade[]

The end of each episode shows the Decadriver. From episodes 1 to 18, the emblem of the current A.R. World's primary Rider glow red. For episode 19, all of the emblems glow. From episode 20 onwards, they glow red in a clockwise manner.

Kamen Rider W[]

TV Series[]

The end of each odd-numbered episode (except for episode 49) shows Kamen Rider Double's main six Gaia Memories in front of a circular, spinning border that continually changes colors and features various letters and symbols. Each even-numbered episode and episode 49 instead features the series logo in the bottom right corner.

Fuuto PI[]

The end of each episode (except for episode 12) features a border composed of Futo's buildings along the bottom and Inner Futo's buildings along the top. The remaining space on the sides of the screens is colored green and purple with various letters and symbols. As for episode 12, they brought back the odd-numbered episode closing screen from the original TV series.

Kamen Rider OOO[]

The end of the series opening and end of each episode (not including episodes 28 and 48) features a stone border showing the Core Medals that Eiji has in his possession at the time. During the end of episode 47 and the opening of episode 48, the stone border disappears to reveal a mass of Cell Medals. In the movies and specials, only one copy of each Core Medal is shown, regardless of how many Eiji actually has in his possession.

Kamen Rider Fourze[]

The end of each odd-numbered episode features a border with "To Be Continued" on it, while even-numbered episodes features the series logo in the bottom right corner of the screen. Episode 48 instead features the logo in the bottom left corner.

Kamen Rider Wizard[]

At the end of every episode (except for episode 53), Wizard's Magical Portal in Flame Style appears in the bottom right corner of the screen. In Movie War Ultimatum, the Magical Portal instead forms a border around the entire screen. In The Fateful Sengoku Movie Battle, the Magical Portal appears in the bottom left corner of the screen. In the Battride War series, a Magical Portal appears in the center of the screen, but without the emblem of Wizard's face in the center portal.

Kamen Rider Gaim[]

At the end of each episode (except for the last two episodes), all of the Lockseeds in the possession of one of the main four Armored Riders appear on screen. A zipper then closes diagonally across the screen from the top left corner, revealing a background styled after that Rider.

The closing screen used in Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Drive & Gaim: Movie War Full Throttle features Gaim's background but also shows Lockseeds used by other Riders in the movie.

The first two installments of Kamen Rider Gaim Gaiden each feature a closing screen that additionally includes a Lockseed belonging to the main villain of the movie. The second pair of installments instead features a single closing screen that is split into two halves that represent each Rider.

Gaim Gaiden: Kamen Rider Gridon VS Kamen Rider Bravo instead simply features "To be continued..." and "End" in one of the bottom corners of the screen.

Kamen Rider Drive[]

The screen is divided into four equal sections as four of Shift Cars that were used in the episode appear from the right, filling in the sections with their respective colors. Drive's "R" symbol then appears in the background. For the first 11 episodes, the Shift Cars are viewed from above. After the introduction of Signal Bikes in episode 12, two Shift Cars and two Signal Bikes are viewed from the side. Several episodes only feature one Shift Car or Signal Bike shown from various angles, such as Shift Deadheat in episode 17 with a "D" symbol in the background, Shift Formula in episode 22 with an "F" symbol in the background, and Signal Chaser in episode 26. Episode 32 simply features a dark grey background with Drive's symbol, while episode 33 does not feature a closing screen at all.

D-Video Special: Kamen Rider 4 instead features the symbols of four Riders that appear in the special.

Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Brain features a black background with two vertical red lines and Drive's symbol.

Kamen Rider Ghost[]

The first three episodes show the heroic Ghost Eyecons currently in Ghost's possession in front of an orange background with Ghost's symbol. The Ore Ghost Eyecon appears in each corner of the screen.

From episodes 4 to 15, the closing screen is divided in half, with Ghost's side on the right. The left side shows the heroic Eyecons in Specter's possession in front of a blue background with Specter's symbol. The corners on Ghost's side still feature the Ore Ghost Eyecon, while the corners on Specter's side have the Specter Ghost Eyecon. Eyecons that are prominently used by each Rider in the episode are placed at the front.

In episode 10, due to the 15 heroic Ghost Eyecons being in Chikara Saionji's possession, the Eyecons briefly appear on the closing screen before vanishing. In episode 12, the Toucon Boost Ghost Eyecon appears in all four corners. In subsequent episodes, it only appears on Ghost's half of the screen.

From episodes 16 to 22 and from episode 27 onwards, the closing screen is divided into three sections. Ghost half is unchanged, while part of Specter's section is cut off. This new section features the heroic Eyecons in Necrom's possession in front of a green background with Necrom's symbol. From this point on, Eyecons do not appear in the corners of the screen.

From episode 23 to 26, Specter's section is removed and the closing screen is divided into two sections representing Ghost and Necrom.

In Kamen Rider Ghost: Legendary! Riders' Souls!, the end of each episode shows the Legend Rider Eyecons that have been collected in front of a sky background. In the final episode, the Eyecons are grouped at the bottom of the scene in front of a red background.

The closing screen Kamen Rider Ghost: Truth! The Secret Of Heroes' Eyecons!, features the silhouettes of Eyecons in various colors across a black background.

Kamen Rider Ex-Aid[]

The closing screen simply features the phrase "See you Next game" on a black background. For the first 8 episodes and most specials, the color of the text changes to represent a Rider and Rider Gashat featured in the episode. In subsequent episodes and Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Trilogy: Another Ending, the text remains pink. For standalone specials (except Kamen Rider Snipe: Episode ZERO) and the final episodes of web series, the sentence ends with a question mark.

In the final episode, "THE GAME IS FOREVER" appears at the bottom of the screen during the ending scene. This same text is used in Kamen Rider Genm vs. Lazer, except over the usual black background. The teaser for Kamen Rider Ex-Aid: True Ending which follows after the end of the episode, features another closing screen with "The Game Ends". This closing screen appears in the post-credits scene of the movie before another one that reads "The Game Never Ends?".

The ending screen of Kamen Rider Genms -The Presidents- features the text "GAME OVER?".

Kamen Rider Build[]

At the end of the episode, a white line appears across the screen and rotates until diagonal, unveiling the closing screen. The closing screen features two Fullbottles, Sclashjellies, Gears, or Evolbottles that were used in the episode, with the line dividing the screen into two halves that are colored differently to represent the items. The line then transforms into Build's symbol as any Fullbottles on the screen shake.

Episode 27 features only the Full Full RabbitTank Fullbottle in RabbitRabbit Mode on a solid red background, while episode 28 features it in TankTank Mode on a solid blue background. Episode 29 has the same closing screen as episode 27, but with the addition of the Robot and Dragon Sclashjellies.

Episodes 41 and 42 feature a single Lost Fullbottle, with the background being divided into black and gold. Episode 44 features a red and blue background with four Fullbottles, each representing one of the four main Riders. Episode 45 features the Hazard Trigger and Evol-Trigger instead of Fullbottles.

Episodes 39, 46, and 47 feature a single item in front of a larger version of Build's symbol and a uniquely colored background. Episode 47's closing screen additionally turns monochrome after a brief moment.

The final episode features the Rabbit and Dragon Fullbottles in front of a black background, with the Earth inside a three-dimensional version of Build's symbol.

Each installment of Transformation Lessons ~The Laws Of Transformation Are Set!~ features a unique closing screen. Kamen Rider Build Chapter shows four of Build's Fullbottles in front of a white background with numerous formulas and equations. Night Rogue Chapter shows the FausTube logo on top of Night Rogue's symbol, with the text "See you, if you were alive..." at the bottom. Kamen Rider Cross-Z Chapter shows the Cross-Z Dragon and Dragon Fullbottle front of a blue background with Cross-Z's symbol.

The closing screen for Kamen Rider Prime Rogue shows the Prime Rogue Fullbottle in front of Kamen Rider Rogue's symbol, which divides the background into purple and gold halves.

Kamen Rider Zi-O[]

At end of each episode, the Ridewatch, Miridewatch or Anotherwatch most prominently used in the episode covers the screen. For Ridewatches, the screen rotates to reveal the watch face. For, Miridewatches, the two doors on the face close in from both sides of the screen. For Anotherwatches, the face rises from the bottom of the screen. The camera then zooms out, revealing two more watches that were used in the episode. The three watches are in front of a background resembling the path that the Time Mazine moves through when time travelling. Episode 44 uses a purple version of this background, while Episode 45 uniquely features the Eternal Gaia Memory.

Kamen Rider Zi-O: Supplementary Plan features a solid black background with "To be continued..." in magenta text. Episode 14 features additional red text of Narutaki's catchphrase : "Damn you Decade!!" (おのれディケイドォォォ!!, Onore Dikeido!!). Episode 15 instead features the text "To be concluded..." and episode 16 shows "The End".

Rider Time: Kamen Rider Ryuki replicates the original closing screens from Kamen Rider Ryuki, except without the Advent Cards.

The first two episodes of Rider Time: Kamen Rider Decade VS Zi-O feature a solid black background with a banner reading "to be continued..." in the lower left corner. In the last episode, the text is "The End". The first episode of Rider Time: Kamen Rider Zi-O VS Decade also features "to be continued..." in the bottom left corner, except in black text and on top of the ending scene. The second episode places the text is in the center of the screen, while the third episode does not feature a closing screen at all.

Reiwa Series[]

Kamen Rider Zero-One[]

The end of each episode shows one or two of the Progrisekeys or Zetsumerisekeys featured in the episode in front of a background that resembles the interior of There. The color of the background usually, bot not always, corresponds to one of the Progrisekeys. Episode 8 features a background that resembles the inside of the Ark with Metsuboujinrai.net's emblem. This background is used again for episode 43, but without the symbol. Episode 29 does not feature a closing screen at all.

Kamen Rider Zero-One: Shooting Special features a unique closing screen consisting of a solid black background with text reading "One word from Aruto changes the future of Isamu Fuwa!" (或人のひと言が、不破諫の未来を変える!, Aruto ni hitokoto ga, Fuwa Isamu no mirai wo kaeru!). Aruto's name i ssurounded by a light green glow, Fuwa's name glows blue, and the word "future" glows red.

Kamen Rider Saber[]

The end of each episode shows one or two Wonder Ride Books featured in the episode in front of a multicolored background. Floating around the background are characters from the language found on Wonder Ride Books. From episode 12 onward, some Wonder Ride Books open to show pages others than the cover. From episode 38 onward, a different closing screen featuring the Haouken Xross Saber against a background of stars in the sky. Some of the colored lighst are grouped together to form the visors of all of the Seiken-wielding Riders, Episodes 44 and 47 do not feature a closing screen at all.

Kamen Rider Saber Spin-off: Swordsmen Chronicles merely features a "To be continued..." closing screen at the end of each episodes, with the background uses Touma Kamiyama's paper work. Episode 4 features "See you next journey...".

Sword of Logos Saga merely features a "To be continued..." closing screen at the end of each episodes, with the black background. In the Saber and Ghost crossovers, it uses the format of Ghost's closing screen while including Wonder Ride Books instead of Eyecons only.

Kamen Rider Revice[]

The end of each episode features a closing screen that incorporates a stamp rally in the shape of the number "50", with a total of 20 blank spaces bearing Revice's symbol. One or two Vistamps used in the episode then stamps it, leaving their seals in the open spots. The type of Vistamp determines where it is stamped and the color of the mark it leaves. Revice's ten main Vistamps are always stamped on the "5" and leave a red mark. All other Vistamps are stamped on the "0". Normal Vistamps initially left a blue mark, while ones that access upgraded forms left purple marks. After being stamp, the Vistamps remain on the screen in front of the rally.

Whenever the "0" rally is complete, the rally is reset and replaced, while the "5" rally remains unchanged. From Episode 17 onwards, both normal and upgrade Vistamps leave purple marks. The exception are upgrade Vistamps that have not been mastered, which leave unique marks. The Volcano Vistamp's initial mark had a pattern that resembles magma, while the Rolling Vistamp initially left a black and blue mark. Once these Vistamps are mastered, they leave purple marks like other Vistamps. The final blank space left at the end of the final episode is instead filled by a magenta and cyan gradient of Revice's symbol rather than a Vistamp.

Kamen Rider Revice: The Mystery simply features a solid black screen with text reading "To Be Continued" on the bottom left corner.

The closing screen for Birth of Chimera features the title card with the Twin Chimera and Tri Chimera Vistamps on the respective top left and bottom right corners.

Kamen Rider Geats × Revice: Movie Battle Royale features a red colored version of Revice's logo on the bottom right corner and quickly fills the entire screen to cut into a completely black background.

Kamen Rider Juuga VS Kamen Rider Orteca features Kamen Rider Juuga's logo on the top left corner and Orteca's logo on the bottom right corner, it quickly fills the entire screen which cuts into the special's title card with the Juuga and Kraken Vistamps on the respective corners as their logos. In Next Chapter, the two Vistamps are more closer to each other.

Kamen Rider Geats[]

The end of each episode provides a rule or fact read out by the Narrator, with the various games having different backgrounds and text fonts.

From Episodes 1 through 23, the closing screen shows a black background of a grey monochrome logo of the Desire Grand Prix with a white box at the top labeled "DGP Rule" (DGP ルール, DGP Rūru). The rule/fact is shown in white Katakana, Kanji, and Hiragana.

Following the completion of the Grand End and GeatsIX's abilities of world recreation, the Desire Grand Prix would begin once again. From Episodes 38 onwards, the closing screen shows a white background with a grey DGP logo up close and center and Geats's symbol on the right. The rule/fact is shown in red Katakana, Kanji, and Hiragana with a white outline. Episode 48 features a dark background.

From Episodes 24 through 32, the closing screen shows a white/silver background of a grey monochrome logo of the Jyamato Grand Prix with a black box labeled "JGP Rule" in the Jyamato language. The rule/fact is shown in a black text of the Jyamato language at the top center, while below are the Japanese translations. Unlike the other Narrators for Geats's closing screens, the Narrator is a female voice (portrayed by Sayumi Watanabe).

From Episodes 32 to 38, the closing screen shows a black background with red chains at the side, and includes a black and red logo of the Desire Royale. A white box is labeled "Desire Royale Rule" (デザイアロワイヤルルール, Dezaia Rowaiyaru Rūru) in a sinister-styled black text of Katakana. The rule/fact is shown in a white text of the same aforementioned sinister font.

Episode 37's closing screen features Geats Boost Form MarkIII's ability erasing rules from the screen. While Episode 38's closing screen is destroyed following GeatsIX's restoration of the world, and in turn, the Desire Grand Prix.

Geats Extra: Kamen Rider PunkJack, Kamen Rider Geats: 4 Aces and the Black Fox, Kamen Rider Geats: Final Stage, Jack-Of-All-Trades!? A Day in the Life of Master Micchi and Geats Extra: Kamen Rider Gazer features same style as DGP Rule Closing Screen.

Kamen Rider Gotchard[]

At the end of each episode, a collage of the back side of the Ride Chemy Cards covers the screen. The most prominently used cards and the newly found cards in the episode will flip and reveal the front view. When the episode features Level 10 Ride Chemy Cards, it will only show the represent card.

Kamen Rider Gotchard VS Kamen Rider Legend Features the Aurora Curtain System shutting down similar to how the Decadriver looked when an episode ends from Kamen Rider Decade.

We Are Class 3G Features an big orange colored arrow placed at the left bottom corner with a "To Be Continued" text on it. There are many smaller arrows surrounded the orange arrow, in different colors: Yellow, green, purple, red and turquoise colors.

Others[]

Kamen Rider Outsiders[]

At the end of the episode, a electrical distortion appears above the screen and changes into a pixelized screen until unveiling the closing screen. The closing screen features a sctrached metal plate with "To be continued" in black text.

Shin Kamen Rider[]

Like many Showa Rider tv series, the closing screen simply features the phrase "To be continued" (つづく, Tsuduku) on a black background, in the lower right corner.
