Brave Dragon (ブレイブドラゴン, Bureibu Doragon) is Saber's dragon-based primary form accessed by using the Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book in the Seiken Swordriver.

Brave Dragon consists of the following parts:

Saber Helm Brave Dragon (セイバーヘルムブレイブドラゴン, Seibā Herumu Bureibu Doragon): The helmet.
- Sword Crown (ソードクラウン, Sōdo Kuraun): The blade on the forehead. It is installed on the top of the head as a proof of being selected by a Seiken. It has the role of adjusting the state of Kamen Rider Saber and the Seiken, and adjusts the power balance between them and cancels transformation in an emergency. It is also a blade with a sharp edge, and can also be used in battle.
- Brave Dragon Mask (ブレイブドラゴンマスク, Bureibu Doragon Masuku): The right mask on the helmet. The power of the Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book grants the ability to sense evil beings.
- Mid Mask (ミッドマスク, Middo Masuku): The center mask. It has the property of enhancing the physical ability of the user, and by exerting the power of the Wonder Ride Book contained in the midshelf of the Seiken Swordriver, it exerts various abilities. Burn Gaunt (バーンガント, Bān Ganto, short for "Burn Gauntlet"): The right arm. Bringing the right arm of the “Ride Arm” to red heat gives the power to control the flame freely, enabling the release of the Brave Dragon that has turned into a flame. In addition, it becomes one with the horrible flames of the Seiken Kaenken Rekka, and doubles the sharpness of the sword skill of the flame attribute.
Mai Scale (メイスケイル, Meisukeiru, short for "Mail Scale"): The right half of the suit. It is made of a series of flame-attributed hard scales, preventing any evil attacks. There is only one scale that grows upside down somewhere, and if you touch it, it will awaken the fierce anger of the Brave Dragon.
Ride Mid (ライドミッド, Raido Middo): The center portion of the suit. It has the property of enhancing the physical ability of a transformer, and by exerting the power of the Wonder Ride Book contained in the midshelf of the Seiken Swordriver, it exerts various abilities. It is said to be particularly compatible with animal-based Wonder Ride books.
Ride Leg (ライドレッグ, Raido Reggu): The legs and feet of the suit. Due to the characteristics of the "Ride Mid" in the central part of the armor "Sword Robe", overall leg strength such as running power, jumping power and kicking power has been greatly enhanced. In addition, when the special move is activated, the destructive power of the kick is greatly increased as the leg is ignited in flames.
Ride Left (ライドレフト, Raido Refuto): The left half of the suit. - Dragon Wonder (ドラゴン・ワンダー, Doragon Wandā): Has two variations.
  - Saber surrounds his body with flames before delivering a fire-enhanced punch that launches a fiery dragon construct at the target.
  - Saber covers his right fist with flames and launches Brave Dragon, which crashes through the enemy.
  - A giant version of the Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book lands behind Saber and opens to its transformation page. Brave Dragon then emerges from the Wonder Ride Book and rams the enemy.
Kaenken Rekka finishers:
- Kaen Jūjizan (火炎十字斬, Kaen Jūjizan lit. Flame Cross Slash): Has three variations.
  - Saber summons a red flaming dragon that circles the target before performing a series of repeated slashing attacks while bouncing off the dragon, rising up towards the sky in the process.
  - Saber swings the Kaenken Rekka downward, launching a slash of fire that travels along the ground.
  - Saber delivers a fire enhanced slash to the enemy, launching them backward. He then launches a second slash that strikes the enemy in midair, resulting in an explosion.
- Shūtoku Issen (習得一閃, Shūtoku Issen Lit. "Learning Flash"): Saber scans a Wonder Ride Book against the tip of the blade and performs an attack using its power.
  - Storm Eagle Shūtoku Issen (ストームイーグル習得一閃, Sutōmu Īguru Shūtoku Issen, Lit. "Storm Eagle Learning Flash"): Saber creates a flaming tornado that envelops the enemy.

Dragon Eagle (ドラゴンイーグル, Doragon Īguru) is Saber's dragon and eagle-based form, accessed by using the Brave Dragon and Storm Eagle Wonder Ride Books in the Seiken Swordriver.

In this form, Saber can combine the powers of Brave Dragon and Storm Eagle to generate a fiery tornado to incinerate everything in its path. Due to utilizing a compatible Wonder Ride Book, Dragon Eagle's stats were overall higher than those of Saber's Wonder Rider forms that utilizes two Wonder Ride Books. This form's stats also rival those of Dragon Hedgehog Peter, with the former possessing slightly higher punching power and maximum jump height, while the latter has slightly higher kicking power and maximum running speed.

Dragon Eagle adds the following parts:

Saber Helm Dragon Eagle (セイバーヘルムドラゴンイーグル, Seibā Herumu Doragon Īguru): The helmet.
- Storm Eagle Mask (ストームイーグルマスク, Sutōmu Īguru Masuku): The center mask. With the power of the Storm Eagle Wonder Ride Book, it brings hawk eyes that accurately capture targets on the ground from the sky, and you will not miss any trivial behavior.
Breas Eagle (ブレスイーグル, Buresu Īguru): The chest armor. It possesses the power of the animal "Storm Eagle" and grants the user the power of flight and manipulate tornadoes.
Winger Mail (ウインガメイル, Uingameiru): The center armor. From the front to the back, tough wings are piled up to strengthen the defense. The back is equipped with the "Vermilion Wing" (バーミリオンウイング, Bāmirion Uingu) that grants the power of flight, and can generate a tornado.
Storm Sault (ストームソルト, Sutōmu Soruto): The leg and feet. It provides accuracy and sharp kicking power that enables ambush from the sky to the target like an eagle. Furthermore, when the Rider Finisher is activated, the destructive power of the kick is greatly increased as the leg is encased in flames.

This form's finisher is the Kaen Tatsumakizan (火炎竜巻斬, Kaen Tatsumakizan lit. Flame Tornado Slash): Saber holds Kaenken Rekka in reverse-grip fashion to summon a large tornado. Then, after turning Kaenken Rekka in proper-grip, he jumps into the tornado, igniting it to create a fiery whirlwind to destroy the targets.

Saiyuu Dragon (西遊ドラゴン, Saiyū Doragon) is Saber's dragon and Journey to the West-based form, accessed by using the Brave Dragon and Saiyuu Journey Wonder Ride Books in the Seiken Swordriver.

In this form, Saber proves to be on par with his Storm Eagle form, both forms being compatible from two books.

Saiyuu Dragon adds the following parts:

Saber Helm Saiyuu Dragon (セイバーヘルム西遊ドラゴン, Seibā Herumu Saiyū Doragon): The helmet.
- Saiyuu Mask (サイユウマスク, Saiyū Masuku): The left mask on the helmet. It possesses the power of the story "Saiyuu Journey" and grants the user the power of super-vision and super-hearing using Kagankinsei.
Saiyuu Bauld (サイユウボールド, Saiyū Bōrudo, play on words "Saiyuu Pauldron"): The left shoulder. It has the power of the story "Saiyuu Journey" and brings endurance and a paranormal feeling that will not yield to any predicament.
Kaen Mail (カエンメイル, Kaen Meiru): The left half of the suit. It hides the fierce fire of the Flaming Mountains, which is said to have been born from a kiln in the heavens, and has the power of amulets that turn what is touched by the high heat into ashes.
Taisei Bracer (タイセイブレーサー, Taisei Burēsā): The left arm. In this form, Saber is almost on par with his Crimson Dragon form, surpassing even the Dragon Eagle Butasan form. This form also arms Saber with the Kingexcalibur.

Crimson Dragon (クリムゾンドラゴン, Kurimuzon Doragon) is Saber's dragon, eagle and Journey to the West-based form, accessed by using the Brave Dragon, Storm Eagle and Saiyuu Journey Wonder Ride Books in the Seiken Swordriver.

In this form, Saber's stats are nearly doubled when compared to Brave Dragon form. Not only can he continue to use fire tornadoes from Storm Eagle, but he can also extend the pole on his left gauntlet resembling Sun Wukong's Ruyi Jingu Bang to attack enemies from a distance, even being able to momentarily dominate Daichi Kamijo as Calibur.

- Bakuen Gurenzan (爆炎紅蓮斬, Bakuen Gurenzan lit. Explosion Crimson Slash): Has seven variations.
  - Saber delivers a flame-imbued slash along with a massive amount of fireballs to the enemy. The fireballs then merged in front of the enemy into a gigantic fireball before Saber added a last one that pushes the gigantic fireball to the enemy, thoroughly incinerating and exploding the enemy in question.
  - Saber delivers a flame enhanced slash to the enemy at close range.
  - With the Kaenken Rekka covered in fire, Saber delivers a series of three flying slashes to the enemy before delivering a slash that sends them crashing back to the ground.
  - Saber charges the Kaenken Rekka with fire and runs toward the opponent. However, instead of attacking, he slides past them, leaving behind a trail of fire on the ground and swings his sword, lauching multiple fireballs that home in on the enemy.
  - Saber created a fire tornado that envelops the enemy.
  - Saber charges the Kaenken Rekka with fire and launches a projectile fire slash at the enemy.

In this form, Saber's stats are a bit higher than his Brave Dragon form, surpassing them by small margins. It also grants Saber the ability to shoot green bean-like projectiles called Domame Beans. If shot at the ground, the Domame beans can turn into a giant beanstalk to allow easier access to great heights.

It has the ability to eject Domame (ドマメ, Domame Earthen Beans) beans, which have outer skins harder than steel, at high speeds like bullets. Additionally, by expanding and contracting the entwined vines and deploying them like a whip or rope, it can be used for various purposes such as catching distant objects and changing direction in the air.
Botanica Mail (ボタニカメイル, Botanika Meiru): The mail armor covering the left side of the body. The bark, pods and ivy that all make up the Domamenoki beans become armor, and any damaged area can be restored instantly. It also allows Saber to firmly fix his body by rooting it on the ground.

Possibly due to using the primary book tied to a sword, this form is, so far, the strongest out of all Wonder Rider forms, even surpassing Dragon Arthur and Dragon Hedgehog Peter, and also being slightly stronger than compatible two Books Forms.

- Hedgehog Wonder (ヘッジホッグ・ワンダー, Heggihoggu Wandā): Saber performs a red, blue and yellow colored slash that causes the enemy to be trapped in needles.
- Dragon Hedgehog Wonder: Only in Ganbarizing. By pressing on both the Brave Dragon and Needle Hedgehog Wonder Ride Books, Saber slashes two times forming a + shape that sends a barrage of flaming needles at an enemy.

Dragonic Knight (ドラゴニックナイト, Doragonikku Naito) is Saber's dragon-based upgrade form accessed by using the Dragonic Knight Wonder Ride Book in the Seiken Swordriver.

In this form, Saber's stats surpass those of Calibur Jaou Dragon, with the latter not being able to lay a single scratch on him due to the form's high defense. He can also reflect attacks coming at him back towards the enemy coated in fire. By tapping on the book 3 times, he can summon the Brave Dragon mecha to fly him towards enemies that would be otherwise hard to reach.

Dragonic Knight consists of the following parts:

Saber Helm Dragonic Knight (セイバーヘルムドラゴニックナイト, Seibā Herumu Doragonikku Naito): The helmet.
- Sword Crown (ソードクラウン, Sōdo Kuraun)
- Dragonic Visor (ドラゴニックバイザー, Doragonikku Baizā): The red, flame-style visor. The user can see over a long distance and spot a target faraway.
- Dragonic Kagitate (ドラゴニックカジテート, Doragonikku Kajitēto): The knight visor-style forehead armor. With the power of the Dragonic Knight Wonder Ride Book, the user can communicate with the God Beast and to summon it to fight together.
- Dragonic Jaw (ドラゴニックジョウ, Doragonikku Jou): The facial mask. It allows the user to breathe in with the dragon and synchronizing the timing of cooperation.
- Dragonic Beard (ドラゴニックビアド, Doragonikku Biado): The auditory devices. The user can sensitively sense the evil signs and surroundings and grasp the space in three dimensions.
Sword Robe (ソードローブ, Sōdo Rōbu): The suit granted by the user of the Seiken Kaenken Rekka. Following the evolution through the Dragonic Knight Wonder Ride Book, all of the user's sword skills have been improved, physical abilities have been strengthened, and special abilities have been activated.

Due to the nature of the forbidden tome it was created from, Saber's personality is suppressed, causing him to behave like a feral beast and attack anyone in sight. Saber also abandons any form of swordsmanship or technique, as shown by him often wielding the Kaenken Rekka in a reverse grip or even by its blade rather than the handle. Since befriending the boy within the book, these feats are no longer the case. In this form Saber was also the first Rider to be seen using the Sword Crown as a weapon. Despite its effect on the user's mind, the form's raw power compensates for its lack of skill, surpassing Dragonic Knight by a wide margin and allowing Saber to defeat several Riders and Megid generals with ease. Even when purified, its power is still able to fight on par with Kamen Rider Storious, something that even Xross Saber had trouble fighting against.

Elemental Primitive Dragon (エレメンタルプリミティブドラゴン, Erementaru Purimitibu Doragon) is Saber's upgraded super form accessed by using the Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book containing the Elemental Dragon Wonder Ride Book in the Seiken Swordriver.^[20] It allows Saber to fully control the power of Primitive Dragon.

In this form, Saber gains a significant increase in all stats whilst regaining control over himself. He can also wield the elements of fire, water, lightning, earth, and wind, representing the Seiken of his allies. Using this form he was able to easily defeat Legeiel Forbidden.

In addition to wielding the elements freely, Touma can also transform his body into said elements, transforming into either fire, water, lightning, earth, or wind to negate physical damage. This is also automatic, protecting Touma without his awareness. This skill came in great use in his first fight against Durendal.

Elemental Primitive Dragon consists of the following parts:

While the form is aesthetically identical to Brave Dragon, its stats are exponentially larger, surpassing Xross Saber and its forms. Almighty Saber's stats also surpass Storious in all areas by a small degree, making Almighty Saber the strongest Rider form in the series.

Almighty Saber consists of the following parts:

Saber Helm Wonder Almighty (セイバーヘルムワンダーオールマイティ, Seibā Herumu Wandā Ōrumaiti): The helmet.
- Sword Crown (ソードクラウン, Sōdo Kuraun): The blade on the forehead. It is installed on the top of the head as a proof of being selected by a Seiken. Emotional Dragon (エモーショナルドラゴン, Emōshonaru Doragon) is Saber's three dragons-based movie form accessed by using the Emotional Dragon Wonder Ride Book in the Seiken Swordriver.

In this form, all of Saber’s stats are raised. His punching and kicking stats are higher than Crimson Dragon, but lower than Primitive Dragon or Elemental Dragon. Despite its written statistics, the form was powerful enough to defeat Bahato, something he was unable to achieve with Elemental Dragon.

Saber initially lost this form when both the Rune Bright Dragon and Rune Dim Dragon sealed themselves in the Book of Ruin along with Falchion, simultaneously ending the Immortal Swordsman's threat. When Isaac released Bahato, Saber subsequently regained access to this form.

Emotional Dragon consists of the following parts:

This form's finisher is the Super Hero Hissatsu Giri (スーパーヒーロー必殺斬り, Sūpā Hīrō Hissatsu Giri): Emulating ZenkaiOh's combination sequence, Saber appears in a stadium with a giant projection of himself, controlled by Zenkaizer, in the background. Two giant drawings of Akarenger and Kamen Rider 1 appear, which Zenkaizer combines in a swirling mass of multicolored energy, creating a giant multicolored energy ball. Saber covers the Kaenken Rekka in multicolored energy and swings it, causing the projection controlled by Zenkaizer to do the same and launch a giant multicolored energy slash. The slash collides with the energy ball, launching it forward. The energy ball creates a giant multicolored energy shockwave upon striking the enemy before resulting in an explosion.

This form's finisher is the Shūtoku Issen (習得一閃, Shūtoku Issen Lit. "Learning Flash"): Saber scans a Wonder Ride Book against the tip of the blade and performs an attack using its power.

Xross Saber (クロスセイバー, Kurosu Seibā) is Saber's dragon-based final form accessed by using the Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book with the Haouken Xross Saber in the Seiken Swordriver.

In this form, Saber outperforms Kamen Rider Solomon in all areas with the exception of a fractionally lower kicking power that can easily be ignored.

The unique ability of Xross Saber is creation, which he demonstrated when he fully restored the destruction Solomon had caused when he attempted to destroy the world. As he has the power of all past Seiken excluding Kyomu, Xross Saber can also summon copies of them for combined attacks, including several copies of a single Seiken. He is also able to the unique abilities of each Seiken and their different modes.

Xross Saber consists of the following parts:

Haou Saber Helm (ハオウセイバーヘルム, Haō Seibā Herumu): The helmet.
- Haou Sword Crown (ハオウソードクラウン, Haō Sōdo Kuraun): The blade on the forehead.
- Haou Saber Mask (ハオウセイバーマスク, Haō Seibā Masuku): The mask. The user can read the memory of previous battles and learn all the sword skills from the ten Seiken.
- Haou Visor (ハオウバイザー, Haō Baizā): The "X"-style visor. It is possible to capture all the flow of power surrounding oneself as visual information. If you are a creative user, you can control the Almighty Book with the Haouken Xross Saber, and find infinite possibilities in all things, and even hints that lead to the creation of new stories.
Haou Sword Robe (ハオウソードローブ, Haō Sōdo Rōbu): The suit granted by the user of the Haouken Xross Saber. It is attached at the same time as the awakening of the Seiken, and gives the user the power to fight such as improving sword skills, strengthening physical abilities, and activating special abilities. Each part of the whole body dyed in the color of the galaxy is filled with the torrent of wisdom flowing from the blade king sword ten sacred blades, and the creativity of the user, and can demonstrate the ability beyond the limit.
Cosmo Dragon Bauld (コスモドラゴンボールド, Kosumo Doragon Bōrudo, play on words "Cosmo Dragon Pauldron"): The right shoulder. It has the power of the God Beast, "Brave Dragon" and the ten Seiken, and uses the courage and creativity of the user to bring forth the dragon's mighty power.
Cosmo Burn Gaunt (コスモバーンガント, Kosumo Bān Ganto, short for "Cosmo Burn Gauntlet"): The right arm. It brings the power to manipulate the flame freely, and enables the release of the Brave Dragon that has turned into a flame. In addition, by wearing the brilliance of the Haouken Xross Saber, the power and special effects of all sword techniques can be raised to unexpected territory. In order to facilitate the transfer of force between the blade and the swordsman, rare metal particles with high conductivity are studded on the fingertips.
Mai Xross Scale (メイクロスケイル, Mei Kurosusukeiru, short for "Mail Cross Scale"): The right half of the suit. It is made of a series of hard scales, preventing any evil attacks. There is only one scale that grows upside down somewhere, and if you touch it, it will awaken the fierce anger of the Brave Dragon.
Mid Universe (ミッドユニヴァース, Middo Univāsu): The center portion of the suit. It has the property of enhancing the physical ability of the user, and exerts various abilities by putting the power of the Wonder Ride Book stored in the midshelf of the Seiken Swordriver. In particular, it is said to be compatible with the biological Wonder Ride Book, and its performance and special abilities are greatly enhanced by the power of the Haouken Xross Saber.
Leg Universe (レッグユニヴァース, Reggu Univāsu): The legs and feet of the suit. Due to the characteristics of the central part "Mid Universe" of the armor "Haou Sword Robe", the overall leg strength such as running power, jumping power, and kicking power is greatly enhanced. Also, when the Special Move is activated, the destructive power of the kick is greatly increased by wearing a terrible blue flame.
Left Universe (レフトユニヴァース, Refuto Univāsu): The left half of the suit. It has a characteristic that strongly affects the activation of special abilities by the users, and exerts various abilities by putting the power of the Wonder Ride Book contained in the left shelf of the Seiken Swordriver. It is said to be particularly compatible with the story-based Wonder Ride Book, and its performance and special abilities are greatly enhanced by the power of the Haouken Xross Saber.
Arm Universe (アームユニヴァース, Āmu Univāsu): The left arm. The exterior of the armor "Sword Robe" is laminated armor called "Xross Page Armor" (クロスページアーマー, Kurosu Pēji Āmā), which is formed by stacking trained plate armor in multiple layers. As a result, it has acquired strong defense and flexible follow-ability to various movements.

- Ginga Daibakuhatsu (銀河大爆発, Ginga Daibakuhatsu lit. "Galaxy Big Explosion"): Saber performs a flying side kick covered in blue and purple energy that forms a swirling galaxy.
Haouken Xross Saber finishers
- Haō Sōseizan (刃王（ハオウ）創星斬, Haō Sōseizan lit. "Blade King Creation Star Slash"): This finisher has four variations.
  - Blue sparkles surround Saber before the emblems of the ten Seiken appear on the Haouken Xross Saber and the sword is surrounded by magenta energy. Saber then swings the sword, creating a slash of rainbow energy that flies around and leaves behind multicolored sparkles. Saber continues performing graceful movements with his sword, creating more rainbow energy that repairs the damages surroundings, with rubble floating and reconstructing what it broke off of.
  - Saber's body is surrounded by blue energy with cyan and magenta stars appearing around him. He then performs a 360 degree cyan and magenta energy slash that destroys nearby enemies, leaving behind rainbow explosions and an energy wave that resembles a galaxy. The energy wave continues traveling outwards and is capable of damaging other enemies that were standing outside the range of the initial attack.
  - Saber launches a silver energy slash with a galaxy trail.
  - The Haouken Xross Saber is surrounded by light purple energy and rainbow sparkles before Saber performs a blue and purple energy slash that rotates around him to protect him from enemy attacks. Saber then performs a large, 360-degree blue energy slash that attacks any opponents near him, creating blue and purple sparkles upon impact.
- Xross Giri (クロス斬り, Kurosu Giri, lit. "Cross Cut"): Saber selects any number of the ten Seiken and performs an attack containing their powers.
  - Ikazuchi + Gekido: A giant construct of the Dogouken Gekido appears above Saber before he performs a downward swing, causing the construct to mimic his movements and deliver a downward slash to an opponent, destroying it. Saber then points the Haouken Xross Saber upward to the sky, causing numerous copies of the Raimeiken Ikazuchi to appear along with lightning. The lightning converges into a single large lightning strike that shocks a second while the swords rain down on it.
  - Hayate + Suzune: Saber flies into the air as an energy construct of the Fuusouken Hayate appears above him and converts to its Shuriken Mode. Saber then sends the Fuusouken Hayate flying forward in a burst of green wind, with the weapon leaving behind green afterimages. It then splits into to its Nitouryu Mode and slashes two opponents from behind. An energy construct of the Onjuuken Suzune then appears in front of Saber and converts to its Gun Play Mode. An energy ball appears in front of its barrel before it blasts several enemies with a wide, sustained beam of pink energy.
  - Rekka: This finisher has two variations
    - An energy construct of the Kaenken Rekka appears above Saber before splitting into five copies that encircle him. The swords then start spinning while covered in fire, blocking enemies from attacking Saber.
    - Saber launches a vertical fire slash.
  - Nagare: Saber performs a series of elemental slashes to deflect enemy attacks. He begins with a series of water slashes, followed by a series of green wind slashes. He then performs a slashes covered in multicolored bubbles, and finally a slash covered in ice.
  - Gekido: Saber summons three copies of Dogouken Gekido to block an enemy's attack, then delivers a slash with the Hauken Xross Saber.
- Seiretsuzan (星烈斬, Seiretsuzan lit. "Star Intense Slash"):
- Haou Seiretsuzan (刃王（ハオウ）星烈斬, Haō Seiretsuzan, lit. "Blade King Star Intense Slash"): Saber summons the Kaenken Rekka, Suiseiken Nagare, and Raimeiken Ikazuchi to perform fire, water, and lightning slashes, then summons Dogouken Gekido, Fuusouken Hayate, and Onjuuken Suzune to perform rock, wind, and musical note slashes.
- Haou Xross Seiretsuzan (刃王（ハオウ）クロス星烈斬, Haō Kurosu Seiretsuzan, lit. "Blade King Cross Star Intense Slash"): This finisher has six variations.
  - Light blue energy and multicolored sparkles surround the Haouken Xross Saber before Saber performs a violet energy slash. Copies of the ten Seiken then appear in a line above Saber alongside their respective emblems. Saber then swings his sword again, causing the ten Seiken to fly into the air. Far above the earth, the Seiken line up while images of their users appear behind them before separating. Each Seiken travels to a different part of the world, with Kaenken Rekka returning to Saber. Saber charges the Haouken Xross Saber with rainbow energy and performs a downward slash. At their destinations, the Seiken, with the exception of Kaenken Rekka, destroy their targets while images of their users appear once again and mimic the attacks. Finally, Saber swings the Haouken Xross Saber, causing the copy of Kaenken Rekka to mimic him and deliver a slash to the enemy while an image of Saber in his Brave Dragon form performs the same attack.
  - Saber summons the ten Seiken and sends them flying towards the opponent.
  - Saber forms a shield with the ten Seiken to defend himself from an enemy's attack.
  - Saber summons the ten Seiken and uses each of them to attack the enemy in succession
  - Saber covers the Haouken Xross Saber with green energy and throws it into the air. The sword flies high into the sky and lodges itself into a tall structure before emitting a giant shockwave that halts the encroachment of the Wonder World but does not reverse it.
  - Saber summons the ten Seiken and sends them flying towards the opponent, with each Seiken leaving behind a uniquely colored trail. Together, the Seiken deliver slashes enhanced by their respective elements.
Haouken Xross Saber + Kaenken Rekka finishers:

Compared to Xross Saber's default form, Crimson Saber offers a moderate boost in punching and kicking power, but a corresponding decrease in jump height and running speed. This form also enhances Xross Saber's ability to fly.

Haou Chōissen (刃王超一閃, Haou Chōissen, lit. "Blade King Super Flash"): Crimson Saber sprouts light blue energy wings and glides over the enemy while spinning, avoiding attacks in the process. He then lands behind them and turns around and parries another attack with the Haouken Xross Saber and Kaenken Rekka. Finally, he delivers a blue energy slash with the Haouken Xross Saber and a fire slash with Kaenken Rekka simultaneously.

Featuring Saber (フィーチャリングセイバー, Fīcharingu Seibā) is Xross Saber's dragon, lion and Aladdin-based form accessed by using the Brave Dragon, Lion Senki and Lamp Do Alangina Wonder Ride Books with the Haouken Xross Saber in the Seiken Swordriver.^[28]

In this form, Saber's stats surpass his Xross Saber and Crimson Saber forms in all areas. In addition, Rintaro and Kento are still able to use their powers to a limited extent while untransformed in order to aid Featuring Saber.

It is also possible to emit a violent stream of water from the mouth of Lion Senki to manifest various water effects.
Mai Xrondoil (メイクロンドイル, Mei Kurondoiru): The armor that extends from the front to the back. The armor, which is deployed from the front to the back, has a shape reminiscent of a flowing coat, and receives all impacts and resistance. It also plays a role in improving the running ability and speeding up the battle behavior.

Cosmo Lamp Do Bauld (コスモランプドボールド, Kosumo Ranpu Do Bōrudo, play on words "Cosmo Lamp Do Pauldron"): The left shoulder. It possesses the power of the Story "Lamp Do Alangina" and the ten Seiken. It possesses the power of the story "Lamp Do Alangina" and the Haouken Xross Saber, and can summon and strengthen the illusionary lamp spirit "Lamp Do Alangina".
Sufaram Mail Xross (スファーラムメイルクロス, Sufāramumeiru Kurosu, short for "Sufaram Mail Cross"): The left half of the suit. The mysterious aura it possesses has the power to seal demons and destroy evil. In addition, the attack received by the "Arcana Xrosshade" (アルカナクロシェード, Arukana Kuroshēdo) that was deployed to wrap the left arm is wiped out and extinguished.
Arm Universe (アームユニヴァース, Āmu Univuāsu): The left arm.

- Ginga Yūjō Shūreppa (銀河友情蹴烈破, Ginga Yūjō Shūreppa lit. Galaxy Friendship Kicking Break): A lightning bolt appears in the air before Saber himself appears, with swirling fire, water, and lightning flowing into his foot. Saber then performs a flying kick covered in red, blue, and yellow energy. When Saber strikes the enemy, the attack is enhanced by water and electricity until he performs a second kick enhanced with fire using the other foot.

Hybrid Saber (ハイブリッドセイバー, Haiburiddo Seibā) is Xross Saber's dragon and King Arthur-based form accessed by using the Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book and any other one or two Wonder Ride Books with the Haouken Xross Saber in the Seiken Swordriver.^[28]

Although sounds of this form exists, Hybrid Saber does not appear in the series proper.

Saber Ridewatch (セイバーライドウォッチ, Seibā Raidowotchi): Based on Kamen Rider Saber Brave Dragon, this Ridewatch would theoretically provide access to the SaberArmor used by Zi-O. It is dated 2020.

This Ridewatch originally belonged to a Sougo Tokiwa from a robotic world, but since he could not use it, he gave it to Tsukasa Kadoya, who in turn gave it to the prime Sougo and allowed him to transform into Zi-O DecadeArmor Saber Form.

Seiken Swordriver Buckle (聖剣ソードライバーバックル, Seiken Sōdoraibā Bakkuru): Allows any of the Geats Riders to access Saber Form, which is equipped with Kaenken Rekka. It is based on Kamen Rider Saber and his transformation belt, the Seiken Swordriver.

Kamen Rider Saber (仮面ライダーセイバー, Kamen Raidā Seibā): Used with Kamen Rider Kabuto to access Clock Battou.

Etymology[]

As with the naming scheme of all the Saber Riders, Saber is named after the saber, alternately spelled "sabre", a type of curved blade-style sword utilized by light cavalry armies in the early days of warfare and the Napoleonic periods.

Most of Saber’s forms are retooled from other Kamen Rider forms that have appeared.
- Kamen Rider Saber Ultimate Bahamut is a recolor of Saber Emotional Dragon's body and Saber Primitive Dragon's Helmet.
- Saber Emotional Dragon uses the following pieces:
  - The cape is reused from Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi.
  - The shield is a recolor of Fourze's Shield Module.
  - The Brave Dragon mask is mirrored and repainted to resemble Storm Eagle, with a mirrored Dragon mask in black on the left side, and a repainted Brave Dragon Bally’s in white on the right.
  - The Emotional Visor is a recolor of the Cross Flame Visor.
- Saber Ghost Ijinroku is retooled version the Darwin Damashii parka and puts the icons of the Ghost Parkas that Ghost used or summoned. Furthermore, the suit is reused from Brave Dragon, but with the exception of the Brave Dragon Bauld.
- Saber Elemental Dragon reuses the Primitive Dragon gloves, feet and armor, but uses a repainted helmet, a red and orange upper body, and a fiery designed trench coat around the waist.
- Despite it's appearance, Xross Saber is not a repaint of an existing Brave Dragon suit, but rather a newly made suit for both close ups and stunts, with an additional suit for form changes.^[29]
- Xross saber is a direct callback to Kamen Rider Stronger's Charge Up. The suit's space-pattern paintwork was so intricate that it had to be manually hand painted by master artisans instead of the usual masking paint used on the other suits. ^[30]
- Due to the highly reflective nature of the suit, Xross Saber is hard to use with green screens. ^[31] The Sword Crown is also same, albeit larger.
  - Crimson Saber is a repaint of Crimson Dragon.
  - Featuring Saber's parts were newly designed and constructed as structural limitations prevented use of existing parts^[32].
- According to the official production blog, Xross Saber’s design is the second that represents the new standard of what Final Forms of the Reiwa Era are going to be going forward (the first being Zero-Two), evolved versions of a Rider’s base form with minor changes and different colors. This decision was inspired by Kamen Rider Stronger, whose Charge Up form only had minor aesthetics changed to the suit. The production crew explained also that the “starry night” pattern of the suit was painstakingly hand painted by one sole costume craftsman and was very difficult to complete.^[33]
Saber is the first Rider to not wield a firearm since Kamen Rider Agito.
Saber Super Hero Senki is retooled from Kamen Rider Ghost Toucon Boost Damashii with a repainted version of Dragonic Knight's helmet. The suit has been painted in the color of Zenkaizer.
Saber Ultimate Bahamut is a black and gold repaint of Emotional Dragon with a repainted Primitive Dragon helmet.
Kamen Rider Saber is the first Reiwa Rider to have a Legend Rider form appear on-screen canon, that being Ghost Ijinroku.
Almighty Saber is a continuation of a trend that began with Kamen Rider Zero-One's Realizing Hopper, in which a series finale would debut an extra final form identical to the base form, but with stronger stats.
Like Blades' Lion Pegasus form, Kamen Rider Hybrid Saber has yet to appear in any form of media.
