"(Guitar riff) Kurumi Au Lait/Sparking!"
―Finisher announcement via Sengoku Driver[src]

The Kurumi Bombers (クルミボンバー, Kurumi Bonbā, lit. Walnut Bombers) are the Armored Rider Arms Weapon granted either by accessing Kurumi Arms or via the summoning ability of Kiwami Arms. They consist of a pair of giant brass knuckles with some walnut-like pieces on the back of the hands.

As expected from the "Bomber" in their name, the Kurumi Bombers are able to unleash explosive punches, though it’s mostly for when a finishing attack is performed.

Design[]

The Kurumi Bombers of composed of the following parts:

  • Globe Knuckler (グローブナックラー, Gurōbu Nakkurā ) is the glove part of the Kurumi Bombers. It is extremely hard and durable, and increases punching power.
  • Bomber Core (ボンバーコア, Bonbā Koa) is the red hexagonal piece in the centre of each Bomber. It transforms the energy of the Kurumi Lockseed into power.
  • Fighter Grip (ファイターグリップ, Faitā Gurippu) is the silver studded rim of the Kurumi Bombers. It is an automatic adjustment device, allowing it to fit into any Rider's wrists without compromising comfort and risk of looseness.

Known Users[]

Finishing attacks[]

  • Unnamed Rider Punch: Has two variations depending on which function Knuckle activates from his Sengoku Driver.
    • Au Lait: Knuckle jumps into the air as a projection of a walnut covers him before he strikes the target with a super powered punch. Alternatively, Knuckle launches an average sized energy shaped-like walnuts at the target.
    • Sparking: Knuckle punches the air, creating giant energy spheres shaped like walnuts at the target.

Notes[]

Knuckle without Kurumi Bomber

Knuckle without his Kurumi Bombers

  • Unlike other Arms Weapons, the Kurumi Bombers do not appear to be removable for Armored Rider Knuckle, despite not being a part of the Kurumi Arms armor. They only disappear when Knuckle suffers heavy damage from an attack.
    • However, they appear to be removable for Gaim in Kiwami Arms.
  • Despite debuting in episode 18, the Kurumi Bombers didn't get named on TV-Asahi's website until episode 23.
  • In episode 34, Knuckle is somehow able to grasp the Suika Lockseed despite his hands being completely covered by the Kurumi Bombers.
    • However, it does appear to be magnetically attached to the gauntlet.
  • In episode 37, Knuckle lost the Kurumi Bombers while trying to catch a Durian Squash-fueled, Rider Kicked soccer ball from Bravo of Team Charmant.
  • This is the first Arms Weapon to be a pair of boxing gloves, followed by the Suika Arms Gloves.
