The catchline is A great clash between justice and evil's blades!? The dreamt contest of the 3 great forms of Blade is finally coming true!! (正義と悪のブレイドが大激突!? ブレイド3大フォーム夢の競演がついに実現!!, Seigi to Aku no Bureido ga Daigekitotsu!! Bureido Sandai Fōmu Yume no Kyōen ga tsui ni Jitsugen!!).
Continuity & Placement[]
- As Mutsuki appears to be freed from Spider Undead's control and also due to the circumstances of later episodes, this special should take place between episodes 42 and 43.
- However, the Rouse Cards shown during the credits sequence seem to contradict this, as Leangle's Change Rouse Card is still in its original form, and his Absorb Rouse Card is still shown as a Blank.
Plot[]
Jack & King Blade
The special starts with Kotaro writing his book chronicling the tales of the Kamen Riders. Kenzaki walks in and then leaves; just as soon, another Kenzaki enters, which is revealed to be a Trial E disguised as Kenzaki and wearing a red scarf. Kotaro, Hirose and Kenzaki are confused by the second Kenzaki's presence, who clones the Blade belt and card and runs off.
Kenzaki chases after his doppelganger, and they each transform into Blade and fight. Tachibana and Mutsuki arrive and are confused as to who the real Kenzaki is, leading them both to attack the real one by mistake. Later, Hajime arrives and determines who the real Kenzaki is by calling out Blade's name, and correctly identifies the scarfless Blade as the real one. Mutsuki and Tachibana lend Kenzaki their Remote and Gemini cards; Kenzaki uses the Remote card to unseal the fake Blade's Undead as he's trying to set up a Lightning Sonic, and then uses the Gemini card to split himself into two Blades, who each transform into Jack Form and King Form. Jack Form Blade delivers a Lightning Slash to the fake Blade and King Form Blade finishes him off with a Royal Straight Flush.
With the fight settled, Kenzaki asks Hajime how he figured out who the real one is; Hajime replies that when he called out their names, the real one reacted slower, as Trials have faster reaction speeds. Kenzaki is offended. He returns home to meet with Kotaro and Hirose, who all say bye to the viewer.

- The fake Kenzaki wears a scarf, even in Rider form, something that has not been seen since Kamen Rider ZX.
- However, the fake Kamen Rider Blade is classified as a monster rather than a Rider.
- In the Showa Era Kamen Rider Series, doppelganger Riders were distinguishable by having scarves that were a different color from the real Rider.
- It is unknown how Tachibana and Mutsuki managed to use their respective Rouzers when they were not transformed.
