The main five Geats Riders in their respective Fever Forms.
Fever Forms (フィーバーフォーム, Fībā Fōmu) are the upgrade forms of the Geats Riders. They are accessed via a randomized slot on the Feverslot Buckle with a matching physical Raise Buckle in the Desire Driver.
Overview[]
Because each Rider has synergy with their own specific Raise Buckle, Fever Forms based on that specific Raise Buckle will grant them immense power, more so than if they had used another Fever Form.
In the case of the Boost Buckle, the power can still be used for the duplicate portion of the armor generated by the Feverslot Buckle when the single use item expires its energy after being used and leaves the Desire Driver until the Feverslot Buckle is disengaged.

Feverslot Buckle (フィーバースロットバックル, Fībā Surotto Bakkaru): Accesses the form associated with a random Raise Buckle. The Slot can land on any of the Larger Raise Buckles or "???," which mimics a random Armed Raise Buckle. When this random form matches a second Raise Buckle used alongside the Feverslot Buckle, it results in a stronger Fever form. Due to its design, it is normally used in the right-hand slot of the Desire Driver. Five copies of this Raise Buckle were distributed at once by the Game Master. While this buckle is quite powerful, its ability to access all of the Raise Buckle powers doubles as a weakness. Since the form is chosen at random, a player may end up with a Raise Weapon or a form they are unfamiliar with, causing a handicap. This shortcoming can be worked around by pulling the Golden Lever a second time, although there is still no guarantee of a desirable outcome.
The Feverslot Buckle contains the following parts:
- Golden Lever (ゴールデンレバー, Gōruden Rebā): Input device for the Feverslot Buckle. Commands are entered by pulling the lever forward.
- Feverslot Reactor (フィーバースロットリアクター, Fībā Surotto Riakutā): Displays the output of the reaction furnace Torus Reactor (トーラスリアクター, Tōrasu Riakutā) of the Desire Driver when using Feverslot Buckle.
- Raise Jackpot (レイズジャックポット, Reizu Jakkupotto): Feverslot Buckle reel. Receiving input from the input device Golden Rod Lever (ゴールデンロットレバー, Gōruden Rotto Rebā), it rotates and deploys the Raise Buckle equipment according to the randomly displayed pattern. Furthermore, if the same pattern as the Dual On buckle appears, it activates a special power called Fever (フィーバー, Fībā) that increases its power several times.

- In addition to turning their helmet eyes gold, each Fever Form adds an additional golden accessory to their respective rider.
- Geats gets the Fever Cross Tail (フィーバークロステール, Fībā Kurosu Tēru) scarf wrapped around his neck.
- Tycoon gets a Fever Cross Bandage (フィーバークロスバンデージ, Fībā Kurosu Bandēji) on his left thigh.
- Na-Go gets an extra pair of Fever Cross Bangles (フィーバークロスバングル, Fībā Kurosu Banguru), forming an X-shape with her Na-Go Bangles.
- Buffa gets a Fever Cross Muleta (フィーバークロスムレータ, Fībā Kurosu Murēta) on his left leg.
- PunkJack gets a pair of Fever Cross Cloaks (フィーバークロスマント, Fībā Kurosu Manto) on his arms.
- As the upper body armor is generated by the Feverslot Buckle, all Fever Forms possess yellow eyes, rather than the color given by the original Raise Buckles.
- Geats and Buffa are the only two riders to receive more than one Fever Form, though Geats has two separate forms while Buffa has a variation of his original Fever Form.
- Na-Go and Buffa are the only Riders to use their standard Fever Forms more than once, with the former using it three times while the latter only used it twice. Buffa, however, has used Fever form a total of seven times, five of them being his Jyamashin variation. The other Riders only used Fever Form once.
- Bandai's blog for the production of Revolve Change Figure Series has them revealing a picture of Na-go Fantasy Form's render in both the upper body and lower body armor to create the sculpt. The editor jokingly refer to the render as Fever Fantasy Form (フィーバーファンタジーフォーム, Fībā Fantajī Fōmu).[1]
