Ferocious Appearance (外・見・強・烈, Gai・Ken・Kyō・Retsu) is the third webisode of the segment, Learn about Sempai Riders and the thirteenth episode overall of the webisode series, Kamen Rider Fourze the Net Edition: Everyone, Class is Here!.

Plot[]

Gentaro prepare to meet a new Kamen Rider only to see Shin and freak out thinking a kaijin got in the Rabbit Hatch. He yells for Tomoko to come help only to be briefly confused as to why she is wearing military gear. He does not think that the creature in the testing facility is a Kamen Rider, as it has no mask nor does it look like a Rider. Tomoko corrects him and says that Shin IS a Kamen Rider as the organization that created him gave him the codename "Masked Rider" and states Shin is a perfect example of an urban legend. She says that Shin is a bit shy, but Gentaro can befriend him, but also warns Shin was designed to be a deadly weapon. Gentaro doesn't care and says now that he knows Shin is a lonely warrior of sadness and justice, he will not fear him and go in to make friends with the monster Rider.

Gentaro as Fourze eagerly greets Shin and offers him a handshake, only for Shin's grip to be super strong and painful to Fourze due to his High Vibration Nails. Fourze tries to work through the pain out of kindness and consideration for Shin's feelings, but Tomoko warns that the High Vibration Nails can cut through anything. Fourze says he'll endure in the name of friendship which makes Shin happy and he begins touching Foruze's shoulder and chest inflicting serious pain with his Spine Cutters and High Vibration Nails before trying to hug him. Fourze panics and wonders if Shin really wants to be his friend if he intends to hurt him as he screams in pain.

Notes[]

  • Tomoko's military outfit is an allusion to Sarah Fukamachi, the CIA agent who tried to track down or kill Shin in his feature film.
  • Ironically, Shin, the thirteenth Kamen Rider, is featured in the 13th webisode. This is humorous given that the number 13 in western culture is an omen of misfortune, which Fourze suffers quite a lot of in this webisode.
