It features the debuts of Revi and Vice's Kong Genome, Revice Kong, Demons' Batta Genomix, and Kagero's first on-screen transformation into Kamen Rider Evil along with his Jackal Genome.

Synopsis[]

The Igarashi family takes a trip to a hot spring resort for two days and one night to celebrate the discharge of their mother, Yukimi from the hospital. Everyone gets excited in the stylish lobby as George Karizaki boasts his inspiration from the area. However, there were also many instances of anxiety. The Ushijima family, who also happened to be there, are regular customers of Happy Spa. In addition, George and Hiromi, the two members of Fenix have appeared in the area to closely monitor the movements of Daiji Igarashi. Lastly, Aguilera, Orteca, and Julio are also hidden amongst the employees. In addition, Kagero, pretending to be Daiji, joins the family trip with a mischievous look on his face, leading to much concern and speculation at this hot spring resort. Despite this however, Ikki and the others head over there blissfully unaware of all the dangers lurking around them. Instead of being a door to happiness, could this trip end up being an invitation to hell?

Plot[]

To celebrate Yukimi's discharge from the hospital, Genta books the family a trip to the ryokan. The Ushijima family, who are regulars of Happy Spa also happened to be there. In addition, Aguilera, Orteca, and Julio have infiltrated the onsen resort as employees while Kagero under his guise as Daiji continues to sport a mischievous look on his face. Vice, who had recognized Aguilera attempts to warn Ikki, but Ikki laughs it off. At the same time, both George and Hiromi have occupied the Ryokan under suspicion that they believe Daiji to be Kamen Rider Evil.

As the three Igarashi siblings discuss the surprise plans for their mother, the Ushijima family listens in using a bug planted under the table. George himself is largely suspicious of Genta and intent on making pointless YouTube videos. That evening at dinner, Aguilera spikes Ikki's drink with a sedative, and Vice is unable to convince Ikki not to drink it. As Ikki puts the drink to his mouth, Daiji temporarily takes control and knocks Ikki's drink over. As everyone asks Daiji what happened, Kagero regains control and excuses himself while Hiromi tails him. Transforming into Evil, he confronts the three Deadmen generals for interfering with his plans, as he wants to personally kill Ikki himself. As the three leave, Hiromi as Demons confronts Evil, but Evil escapes.

That night, Ikki talks to his mother about his hero work and how he is okay with being happy so long as others are, but his mother encourages him to find his own happiness. While Kagero is alone in the bathroom, he taunts Daiji about how he was going to kill his family in front of him, while the latter pleads for his body back. Vice secretly travels to George's room and brings up the issue about how he's been unable to warn Ikki.

The next day, Yukimi's surprise was unveiled. With their happiness level now at a high, Kagero makes his move. He grabs Ikki and punches him, while the three Deadmen generals reveal their identities. To everyone's surprise, "Daiji" transforms into Kamen Rider Evil and attacks Ikki. From a distance, the Ushijimi family watch. In the commotion, Hiromi transforms into Demons but is held back by Julio and Orteca. Vice ultimately tells Ikki to transform, and they fight Evil using George's new Osutoderuhammer50 as well as the new Kong Genome, while Evil temporarily becomes Jackal Genome. During the fight, Ikki unsuccessfully gets through to his brother, and is only met with the cruelness of what is Kagero. As Ikki returns to his family, he promises them that he will bring his little brother back.
