episode 33, The Millennium Lotus Blossomed. - This is the only episode in which Kotaro transforms into Biorider without appearing as RX first.
- This episode sees the replacement of Seizo Kato by Hidekatsu Shibata as General Jark. This replacement will last for the next episode, as the character dies in that one.
