Synopsis[]
Fed up with Nefaria's failures, Count Dregon shrinks her and transfers her powers to Barbara Stewart, dubbing his new servant "Barbaria". Masked Rider must find a way to break the spell, as well as defeat the Insectivore Predavore.

- Dregon shrinking Nefaria for her constant failures feels like an homage to Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Season 2)
opening episode "The Mutiny, Part I" when Lord Zedd
did the same thing to Rita Repulsa because she constantly failed to take over earth and defeat the Power Rangers.
