Episode 9 (第九話, Dai-Kyū-Wa) is the ninth and penultimate episode of Kamen Rider Black Sun.
Synopsis[]
Nobuhiko, who has attained power over the Kaijins and the Gorgom Party, notifies Prime Minister Dounami that humans should take their place under their command. Meanwhile, in the sea cave where Kujira is still providing treatment, a miracle occurs thanks to the power of Aoi, who has joined them. Kotaro, who is regenerated by the miracle, utters the words "heat heaven" with a strong will.

- At the opening sequence of the episode that takes place in 2003, a young Nick is seen toying with figures of a Shocker Combatman and Wolf Man from the original Kamen Rider series.
- This is the only episode that plays the ending song, Did you see the sunrise?, after the credits are already opened.
