ep.6 Love & Peace and the Dimension's Savior (ｅｐ.６ ラブ＆ピースと次元の救世主, Episōdo Shikkusu Rabu Ando Pīsu to Jigen no Kyūseishu) is the sixth and penultimate episode of Kamen Rider Outsiders, and the seventh overall. It features Kamen Rider Evol-X following his debut in the previous episode.
Synopsis[]
The Outsiders, led by Kamen Rider Zero-Three, confront Kamen Rider Zein. Then, an assassin sent by Foundation X, Kamen Rider Evol-X, appeared. Misora Isurugi sounded the alarm against the spread of the Kamen Rider Chronicle to world, while Gai Amatsu and Brain visited Kuroto Dan, each united to fight against further threats. Meanwhile, Yuto Sakurai, who has lost control to the artificial intelligence Zein, struggles between his own goals and those of Zein. In the midst of all this, Foundation X's true objective is revealed...
Plot[]
Continuing from the previous episode, Evolto lauds Yuto as the Kamen Rider who destroys everything on his path, but Yuto was wracked with guilt after realizing he had mass murdered many Ride-Players while being possessed by Zein. Gai approaches Joseph and Ecole, revealing himself as Foundation X's collaborator for Project Outsiders. Zero-Three informs them that Miitan streamed a public service announcement to stop players from playing Kamen Rider Chronicle as Brain searches over the city for Yuto, only to learn of "love and peace" as a keyword to bring Yuto back to light.
Meanwhile, at Musou Genm Corp., Kuroto is developing a new game, Toki Meki Bridal, as Gai enters his former office, he makes another bargain to Kuroto to join forces against Zein. Only to be rejected, however, Brain suddenly entered through an unused Humagear body in front of Kuroto's desk. The Roidmude executive asking for his new game. Back in nascita, Misora's PSA successfully dissuaded the public from playing Kamen Rider Chronicle, sighs in relief as the player count starts to drop.
Evolto, who is revealed to be the clone of the original, immediately reveals Ecole's end game. Having grown frustrated with humanity's complacency regarding societal stagnation and systemic issues, Ecole confesses to Joseph that he is the true mastermind behind Zein's oppressive agenda of culling half of the human population. Ecole sics the clone Evolto at Joseph ensuring his plans can proceed unimpeded.
Elsewhere, Zein questions Yuto's guilt from murdering a Ride-Player. The AI's lack of empathy justified it as a necessary evil and creates the Dimension Card from a blank Zein Card for Yuto to decide to reshape the world. Zero-Three confronts Yuto as he transforms into Kamen Rider Zein. The two Riders clash, and despite using GeatsIX's powers, Zero-Three countered with a Rampage All Blast. Zero-Three reveals Yuto the truth about his timeline, as it turns out that Zein already had a hand in the destruction of his future.
Yuto purposely loses the fight to Zero-Three, so that he can use the Dimension Card to throw the Zein Driver into the void. He fails when Evolto, now in Joseph Rando's body, ambushes Gai and snatches the card, throwing it to Ecole, who reveals his true colors and goal to become an infinite being by using Zein's powers to end all existence and reshape it in his own image. By transforming into Kamen Rider Zein and shredding the Dimension Card, the fabric of reality is now being torn apart like paper, while Gai and Yuto can only watch in horror as Evol-X distracts Zero-Three. Ecole prepares to finish Yuto while he's still powerless, only for Brain to interfere. In retaliation, Ecole throws Brain into one of the dimensional rifts, seemingly killing him. The distraction brought enough time for the ZeroLiner to pick Yuto up. Ecole and the clone Evolto retreat as Gai laments with his mistake of trusting Foundation X.
As civilians run for their lives while George enjoys a cup of tea in the middle of an apocalyptic scenario, he is approached by Ziin, who immediately announces a new Desire Royale—a decisive battleground to determine the fate of all humanity, as the episode ends in a cliffhanger.
