ep.5 Goddess of Genesis and the Third Singularity (ｅｐ.５　創世の女神と第三のシンギュラリティ, Episōdo Faibu Sōsei no Megami to Daisan no Shingyurariti) is the fifth episode of Kamen Rider Outsiders, and the sixth overall. It features the debut of Kamen Rider Genm Hyper Fumetsu Gamer, Kamen Rider Zero-Three, and Kamen Rider Evol-X.

Synopsis

Yuto Sakurai transforms into Kamen Rider Zein, but his control is taken over by the artificial intelligence Zein, unleashing the life-or-death fighting game called Kamen Rider Chronicle. In order to confront Kamen Rider Zein, The game developer, Kuroto Dan, grants a wish from Tsumuri, the navigator of the Desire Grand Prix, which grants wishes to people. Meanwhile, Kamen Rider Zero-Two and Kamen Rider Ark-Zero reach the third singularity and transform into Kamen Rider Zero-Three. What happens next when their respective agendas intersect?

Zein without his cape.

• During the finisher scene for Ultimate Vice, the Equip Mantle Zein had was completely removed likely due to it clashing with the effects.
• After Kuroto reverted from Hyper Fumetsu Gamer, the Bugvisor's EXP Grip Knuckle inexplicably switched sides.
• In the scene where the Zero-Two Driver transforms into the Zero-Three Driver, Zero-Two can be seen raising up her right hand, presumably holding the newly upgraded Zero-Three Progrisekey. However, after the shot cuts to Ark-Zero and then back to the Zero-Three Driver shot, Zero-Two's right hand is down again as she flips open the driver, with the following shot showing her raising up her right hand again to activate the Progrisekey.

• Zein's second usage of the Justice Punishment finisher in this episode failed to execute against Kamen Rider Zero-Three, as its power was absorbed by the Thousand Jacker mid-way during the attack. It is unknown if the finisher utilized the power of Kabuto Hyper Form or it was just Zein's own power without the power of any other Riders involved.
