ep.3 The Battle Fight Resumes and Zein's Birth (ｅｐ.３ バトルファイトの再開とゼインの誕生, Batoru Faito no Saikai to Zein no Tanjō) is the third episode of Kamen Rider Outsiders, and the fourth overall. It features the resurrection of Tenjuro Banno and Brain, as well as the former's transformation into Bronze Drive, and the debut of Kamen Rider Zein.

Synopsis[]
To counter Zein, a supernatural being who has learned good intentions and is uniting the worlds of Kamen Riders to eradicate evil, Foundation X has revived Bronzedrive as one of Kamen Rider Outsiders. Meanwhile, Nico Saiba, who has rebooted the Kamen Rider Chronicle, heads to the Board of Archaeological Research Department BOARD to complete the Zein Driver developed by George Karizaki. Sakuya Tachibana, who appears as the director, activates the Zein Driver, and a certain compatible individual transforms into Kamen Rider Zein.
