ep.1 Mirror World Treasure and Ouja's Return (ｅｐ.１ 鏡の世界のお宝と王蛇の帰還, Episōdo Wan Mirā Wārudo no Otakara to Ōja no Kikan) is the first episode of Kamen Rider Outsiders, and the second overall. It features the debut of Kamen Rider Ouja Survive.

This episode takes place following Foundation X's research of the Card Decks in Kamen Rider Brave: ~Let's Survive! Revival of the Beast Rider Squad!~.
Synopsis[]
In this recreated world without fights, Takeshi Asakura makes a living doing the dirty work of city councilor Chuta Nezu for his younger brother's sake. The job that day was also supposed to be a simple bank robbery that Nezu had orchestrated behind the scenes. But for some reason, the police, who were not supposed to come, arrive and surround the bank. Asakura is cornered. Then Kamen Rider Odin appears from the mirror and tells Asakura that if he wants to get out of this predicament, he must become a Kamen Rider and fight until he is the last one standing. However, Asakura tells Odin, "I don't kill."

Outsiders Closing Screens
- Although Diend makes an appearance in this special, it is not known how much time has passed since the events of Rider Time: Kamen Rider Decade VS Zi-O.
- Even though his Survive Mugen Card was handed over to Ouja, Odin still remains in his default form, which is said to be Survive. This means this is either a case of Odin concurrently using one of the two remaining Survive cards (Shippu or Rekka) or an error overlooked by the production team.
