Eiji Hino (火野 映司, Hino Eiji) from World of Shauta, is Kamen Rider OOO (仮面ライダーＯＯＯ［オーズ］, Kamen Raidā Ōzu), who lost to the King and being sealed away.

Shauta Combo (シャウタコンボ, Shauta Konbo), also known as the Marine Combo (海のコンボ, Umi no Konbo), is OOO's blue combination, using the powers of Mezool's Core Medals: Shachi, Unagi, & Tako.
In this form, OOO excels in underwater combat, and gains the ability to liquefy his body like Kamen Rider BLACK RX as the Biorider. It is armed with the Denkiunagi Whips which enable electrically charged attacks, the most powerful being the Voltarm Whip (ボルタームウィップ, Borutāmu Wippu). The Tako Legs allow Shauta Combo to climb walls with their suction cup-like abilities and can split apart for a barrage of hits.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Oct Vanish (オクトバニッシュ, Okuto Banisshu), where OOO liquefies his lower body to propel himself upward, then use the Unagi Whips to drag the opponent upward while OOO goes back down using the Octo Legs to perform a corkscrew kick that drills through the opponent.
Shauta Combo is composed of the following parts: Shachi:
- OOO Mask (Shachi Head) (オーズマスク（シャチヘッド）, Ōzu Masuku (Shachi Heddo)) - The helmet.
- Top Sphindle (トップスフィンドル, Toppu Sufindoru) - The fin on top of the head. It is a horn-shaped organ that emits special soundwaves undetectable by humans.
- Float Horn (フロートホーン, Furōto Hōn) - The protruding forehead section. It's streamline shape is meant to reduce resistance underwater.
- O Quartz (オークォーツ, Ō Ku~ōtsu) - A blue crystal organ in the middle of the forehead. It can sense enemies within a 10km radius. It is present in all of OOO's forms, and its color, shape and properties change according to what form OOO is using. In Shauta's case, it is a turquoise shaped like a raindrop.
- Shachi Eyes (シャチアイ, Shachi Ai, lit. 'Killer Whale Eyes') - The compound eyes. It is very sensitive to light, allowing OOO to secure a clear field of vision even in the deep sea, where light does not penetrate. Thanks to an internal organ that adjusts the amount of light within the helmet, called Optagate (オプタゲートと, Oputagēto), the Shachi Eyes can adapt to any environment, whether at sea, on land or at night.
- Shachi Sonar (シャチソナー, Shachi Sonā, lit. 'Killer Whale Sonar') - Sensory organs that receives the reverberations of the soundwaves emitted by the Top Sphindle. Underwater, not only can they sense the water's vibrations, but they can perceive its movements such as water pressure and tides.
- Face To Gill (フェイストゥーギル, Feisu To~ū Giru) - The fins on the side of the cheek sections. They are a type of fin that suppresses water resistance when swimming at high speed. A respiratory assist organ is present inside, and stores a high concentration of oxygen, enabling underwater diving for approximately 3 hours.
- Nose Blocker (ノーズブロッカー, Nōzu Burokkā) - The mouth plate. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that covers the mouth and nose. It has an air filtration function that purifies any toxins out of taken air, allowing OOO to breathe safely.
- Line Drive (ラインドライブ, Rain Doraibu) - The neck. It protects the throat. The blue segment is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.
- OOO Armor (Enhanced Skin) (オーズアーマー（強化皮膚）, Ōzu Āmā (Kyōka Hifu)) - The collar armor and the black segments. It is reinforced skin that has quick healing ability.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a section of the O Lung Circle; Shachi's section is called the O Lung Top (オーラングトップ, Ō Rangu Toppu). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
Unagi:
- Unagi Shoulders (ウナギショルダー, Unagi Shorudā, lit. 'Eel Shoulders') - The shoulders. They are exoskeletons protecting the shoulders, and is one of the power generating organs of the Unagi Arm. Underneath, power generating cells, a type of muscle cell, are located. It is possible to generate lightning-like power continuously for up to about 600 seconds.
- Electric Eel whips (電気ウナギウィップ, Denkiunagi U~ippu) - The whips. Technical name: Voltarm Whips (ボルタームウィップ, Borutāmu Wippu), they can be freely operated according to OOO's intention via electrical signals emitted from the palms. Not only can they be used to hit opponents, but they can deliver an electric current to the target.
- Boltning Drives (ボルトニングドライブ, Borutoningu Doraibu) - The white triangular segments on the arms. They are a type of bioelectric circuit that distributes the generated current to the entire arm. They also store and discharge any excess electrical current that has been generated.
- Unagi Guardias (ウナギガーディア, Unagi Gādia, lit. 'Eel Guardias') - Exoskeleton pieces that protect the backs of the hands. The electric current generated by the internal Boltning Batteries (Borutoningu Batterī, ボルトニングバッテリー) can b discharged via the fists, allowing OOO to deliver electrocuting pucnhes.
- Unagi Grabbers (ウナギグラバー, Unagi Gurabā) - the hands. They are a type of exoskeleton that protects the five fingers. It has excellent grip strength, allowing OOO to freely manipulate the Voltarm Whips.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Unagi's section is called O Lung Middle (オーラングミドル, Ō Rangu Midoru). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
Tako:
- Tako Legs (タコレッグ, Tako Reggu, lit. 'Octopus Legs') - The legs changed by the power of the Tako Medal. Most of it is covered with thick and powerful muscles, and by changing the cartilage tissue in the body, the legs can be manipulated freely like mollusks.
- Octa Capture (オクタキャプチャー, Okuta Kyapuchā) - The circular sucker sections on the legs. It is a type of muscle. Due to its extremely high sucking and holding power, it is sometimes used to capture enemies or stick to walls and ceilings. It is almost impossible for an enemy to escape once captured.
- Tako Knee Dias (タコニーディアス, Tako Nī Diasu, lit. 'Octopus Knee Dias') - The knee armor. It is a special reinforced exoskeleton that protects the knee and shin. Although it is slightly inferior to ordinary exoskeletons, it has excellent elasticity and can take the same flexibility as mollusks.
- Tako Ankle Toes (タコアンクルトゥ, Tako Ankuru To~u) - A special reinforced exoskeleton that protects the ankle. It is composed of tissues similar to chondrocytes of general animals, and can absorb any external shock.
- Tako Ag Soles (タコアグソール, Tako Agu Sōru) - The feet. It is covered with the same special reinforced exoskeleton as the Tako Knee Dias. It is mostly made out of powerful muscle, and can freely change shape.
- O Lung Circle (オーラングサークル, Ō Rangu Sākuru) - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Tako's section is called O Lung Under (オーラングアンダー, Ō Rangu Andā). The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
This form is exclusive to Kamen Rider OOO: Final Stage.
