The Ecto-Accelerator Belt is the device that allows Prince Dex to transform into the Masked Rider and his other forms Super Gold and Super Blue. It was given to him by King Lexian when he gave Dex the Masked Rider power. As the source of the Rider's Power, it can be stolen (in a Dream of Albee's), or modified by Donais to contain the Super Blue Powers. Super Gold was given from a charge from a powerful crystal containing the powers.
