Eagle Mutant (オオワシ怪人, Ōwashi Kaijin) (6) is a Steller's sea eagle Gorgom monster.
Biography[]
Gorgom used it to capture the most talented artists to be used for Doctor Ishida. Kamen Rider Black chopped off Eagle Mutant's left wing before he killed him with his Rider Kick and rescued the artists.
Eagle Mutant later appears as one of the Phantom Mutants that assist the Dogfish Mutant.[Kamen Rider Black: Terrifying! The Phantom House of Devil Pass]

As with the animal it based on, Eagle Mutant can fly with its pair of wings along with clawed talons on both arms and legs to perform melee with. The Mutant's special ability is inducing hypnosis and illusions through flashes of its eyes.
As with other Mutants, it possesses superhuman capabilities that allow it to match the likes of Kamen Rider Black.
