Dr. Koike (小池先生 Koike sensei) is a minor character that first appeared in the twenty-fourth Episode of the Original Kamen Rider Series. Dr. Koike is a doctor and good friend of Hayato Ichimonji who developed a duplicate cure for Kinokomorgue's spores.
